“Ordered item on the Sunday, delivered Friday. Very happy with product and quick service. Only niggle is i would have liked more notice of delivery date than just a few hours before. Luckily i was not working this day so did not need to rearrange.”

“The service was 2nd to none. The furniture arrived quickly and very well packaged to prevent damage. The only thing that stopped me giving it a 5* was that there was more plywood in the product than expected. However, the products were cheaper than they might have been if more solid wood had been used.”

“Order process very easy and delivery arrived a lot quicker than expected. Would be 5 stars but the confusing thing was that the two wardrobes we ordered, which were the same, both came in two boxes but one of the boxes was substantial heavier to the other warbrobe as it turns out they were packed totally differently plus we got an extra wardrobe top with the heavier one! It was if one box was for older version as turns out the wardrobe is slightly different internally.”

“The furniture was fine and as expected. The courier company XDP were disappointing in that they failed to deliver when expected and we were unable to contact them to arrange re - delivery.”

“I bought the Surrey Oak Dressing Table set, it arrived 4 days after purchase. There is a bit of putting together to do. The back guide rail on the drawer had split probably due to transit for all it was packed well, it's a very heavy item. We decided we could pin it together so did not report the defect. All in all for the price we are very pleased with the item.”

“Only given 4 star due to a small split in coffee table leg which I have filled with wood filler, and 2 of the bolts where miss alined but sorted that also, pity really because its a nice bit of furniture that looks good and is solid apart from that will buy other items from ROSELAND this is my second piece.”

“I ordered a small sideboard at 7am one day and it was delivered 7pm the next day! Great service. 😁There was a little bit of damage to the back board of the sideboard so I sent photos off to Roseland immediately. Next day I received a reply and the problem was dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Very good customer service. 👏 As for the sideboard, it is a lovely piece of furniture that fits in perfectly with my existing furniture. Can highly recommend Roseland Furniture.”

“Very happy with the purchase from Roseland furniture. Very good quality and good price. It came well protected and in good time. We had a slight problem with our purchase. Nothing out of the ordinary, something that can happen with any purchase. I had to mention it as the after sales customer service was excellent and I believe you can only tell how good a company is by the way they handle problems. They were quick and efficient in sorting it out and I would definitely buy from them again. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is more to the fact that the stock availability on the website is out of date and delivery info is slow.”

“Item as expected, looks good. Service from delivery team was appalling! Because of my location of The Isle of Wight the main delivery company sub contracts to another delivery company. When given a date of delivery and taken a day off work for this, the item did not arrive. I was advised to chase the sub contractors the following day. I was told that the delivery date given to me was not the date of delivery to me but the date it was to arrive at the sub contractors and it was up to them to deliver the item when they could. Utter shambles!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“We have had three tables from with no problems ,but the latest which stated minimal assembly ,due to one of the holes not lining up for the bolt ,it took a lot longer than it should have with a lot of effort from me, even the holes for the handle were not easy to line up To remove the draw I had to unscrew the wooden lock not just turn so that the draw could slide out”
