“This was a brilliant repair service and very easy to use. I was kept informed as to the whereabouts of my watch ie what stage the repair was at and it was returned very quickly to me by special delivery and a detailed report about the state of my watch was emailed to me together with an invoice. I would really recommend this service, my watch looks great and runs really well and it was completely trustworthy and reliable as well as being very good value.”

“I sent my Tag Heuer Aquaracer in for a battery replacement & ultrasonic clean. I was a bit dubious about posting but need not have been. Sent on Monday back to me on Wednesday. Fabulous service, updated with emails once received & once the work had been completed. Watch looks great & is keeping good time. I would not hesitate to use again. Thank you.”

“Great service. For starters the guys were half the price than quoted in some of the generic high street chains, which do not even do the repairs. That also included a laser cleaning of my watch. Secondly I sent my watch on the Monday and had it back by Friday. Again I was quoted up to 4 weeks on the high street. Finally the comms was superb, the guys emailed me straight back on my queries (even at the weekend) and kept me updated to say they have received the watch, and when it was repaired. My TAG looks as good as when I first bought it. RWR...highly recommended!”

“Sending off your prized possession for a polish, battery change or repair work can be a daunting experience. The battery in my Tag needed changing, on the high street i was getting 3 figure quotes and around a 3 month turnaround, which seemed a ridiculously long time to wait, so I decided to look online instead. I found Ross Watch Repairs via an online search and checked out their website and their prices were very reasonable and the service was quick(£34.99 with a 2-4 day turnaround). If something is too good to be true then it usually pays to be wary. So I searched further for information on Ross Watch Repairs and found a few positive reviews on the site i assume i am writing on now, and having trawled through various watch forums i also managed to find a few positive mentions there. I couldnt find anything negative online so I deceided to go ahead with it and contact RWR. I found them very helpful, they were able to answer all my questions and ease all the concerns I had about sending my watch off. They were also very clear on the pricing, and stated that no work would take place and no charges would be made until they had received the watch, checked it out, then received the all clear from me. So I decided to wrap my watch up in bubble wrap as advised, and send it off. I was contacted when the watch arrived, which was reassuring. And then told what work needed doing, what could be done, and how much it would cost. I had instructed them that there was some scratching on the bezel (which had been there over 7 years), high street jewellers advised me that nothing could be done and i would need a new bezel (was quoted £200+), and i had asked them to contact me first if they thought that there was anything they could do. In the end I opted for a battery change(£34.99) and a full polish service (£40) which i was advised would help with the scratching on the bezel. Also a full ultra sonic cleaning of the bracelet(advertised at £20) was thrown in for free. So the total cost was just under £75, and that included the cost of the return delivery. On Friday morning I took my bubble wrapped watch to the post office and sent it special delivery as advised, by midday today (Tuesday), the watch was back on my wrist, polished, cleaned and battery changed. The bezel looks like new, you cant see any of the old markings on it, despite being told that it was unremovable by two seperate high street jewellers. I know this is a long review, but I cant speak highly enough of this company and what they have done for my watch. I hope reading this eases anybodies fears about sending their watch off in the post. Great price, great service, great value. So much better than using one of the high street firms. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.”

“As I sent my precious Tag watch off in the post I wondered if I had done the right thing. TOO RIGHT I HAD - it was returned within 4 days and I had the most charming, efficient and attentive service that you could possibly wish for . THANK YOU THANK YOU to the person at Ross Watch Repairs who made my watch better AND for half the price of my local jeweller. Back on my wrist and just done 50 lengths in the pool. Fantastic. You deserve every success as a business.”
