“Brilliant! I was quoted £105 pounds for a battery and reseal on the high street which had a 3 week turn around. RWP did it for a cost of less than half of that including a clean and it was back within a week. I would definitely recommend and use again myself.”

“I thought my watch needed a new battery and sent it off to Ross. He explained that my watch was automatic and in fact needed a service. This was done within the time scale and for the price I was quoted. He also fitted my new strap free of charge. Highly recommend.”

“Great service with replacement battery and reseal of my Tag Heuer. It was back with within 48 hours as they had said and also repaired the clasp on my watch for a small extra fee which they called and agreed with me first and it closes much better now. Thank you, will use you again and have already recommended RWR to others.”

“I have had an amazing experience with RWR. After getting a quote for over £300 and a months wait at TAG. I sent my watch to RWR and after less than a week have had my watch back fully repaired and also polished. It is now back on my wrist and cost less than £100. Great service and I will certainly be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you.”

“Having sent my Tag Aquaracer back to Tag the first time the battery needed replacing and being told the watch needed a service, cost £280. I found Ross Watch repairs on line and noting the very positive reviews sent my watch to them, I decided to have it polished as well as replace the battery, they did exactly what they promised in the time frame agreed, my Tag now looks brand new, I would recommend RWR to anyone.”

“Very nervous as you can imagine sending my ebel watch via post but i was sent an email as soon as RWR received it. The watch had a battery replacement, reseal, pressure test and I took advantage of the ultra sonic clean. My watch was returned back to me within two working days and I was sent an email that the work had been completed and would be returning to me by special delivery. I have absolutely no complaints about the service which normally cost more than double and can take two months when I have used a jewellery store to be sent off for the same work. I will be using again as the service was so good and my watch came back looking so clean. Thank you RWR for excellent communication at all times.”

“Really great service. Was a bit worried about sending the watch but read other reviews and then contacted them. Very helpful, clear instructions and very quick turnaround times. Watch was beautifully cleaned as well as battery replaced. Excellent value. Will definitely use again and recommend to all my friends.”

“The watch was scratched and not keeping time properly. I posted it to RWR and although it took longer than expected, came back AS GOOD AS NEW! I felt like I had a new watch on. I really appreciate the open communication I had with RWR. I live abroad and had to email a few times as to how and when to get the watch to RWR and then back to me. It all went well. I have no hesitation in recommending this shop to anyone. If you like your watch and want it back to its original condition then use these guys. It may not be the cheapest option but it is the best. Thank again!!! Paul McManus Ps if there could be a loyalty scheme for returning customers I would be interested as my wife also has a TAG that may need servicing in the future.”

“Can't fault the service I received from Ross Watch Repairs. Their initial quote was the same as the final price and much cheaper than the high street, their turnaround time was truly excellent and the watch was returned to me ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.”

“I needed a new battery for my Omega Seamaster and had left it for quite some time before replacing. I contacted Ross Watch Repairs and they provided a quote on the battery replacement and also a polish/scratch removal service. The watch is about 14 yrs old and was dirty and had more than a few scratches/marks. I sent the watch off and received it back in the timescale quoted. Hugely impressed by the results, the watch is looking like new all over again, so impressed. Can highly recommend Ross Watch Repairs, excellent customer service, very professional, fantastic value for money and outstanding quality of work. Ian High Washington”
