“Tag Heuer watch needed a replacement battery. I was reluctant to use a postal service but Alec put my mind to rest and explained the whole process... Excellent communication from the time I sent watch and receiving it within 5 days and this was during the Christmas break too... Watch was resealed and pressure tested and very happy with service offered.”

“Excellent service, will use again and highly recommend. I posted my watch via special delivery, receipt was acknowledged promptly and then I was advised of the cost, I transferred the funds and my watch was delivered back to me within two days. It was half the cost of sending it to the authorised repairer who would have had the watch for at least two weeks.”

“Sent my Tag Heuer watch by special delivery for new battery and pressure testing. Returned to me less than 48 hours later in secure packaging. The price was good (a fraction of the price quoted by Tag direct) and communication throughout was excellent - email on receipt, invoice the same day, email on completion of work. First class service, and will definitely use Ross again. Highly recommended.”

“Like a few of you I needed to shop around for an affordable battery replacement for my watch. I did some research, including viewing this review page and thought I'd give it a go. They recommended I use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure my watch was insured in transit, which I did. I received a Whatsapp message confirming receipt of my watch and was informed I would receive it in two days time. When the watch didnt turn up I was naturally a little nervous, I messaged back and was told of the tracking number and given a reason why royal mail hadnt collected. My watch arrived today fully working. One happy teddy! Replacement and reseal for £29.99 for my Raymond Weil. Very happy. Thank you. I received this review request today and hope my comments are useful to you. Still not sure? I believe they have a Facebook page too, have a look.”

“I was looking for a service to replace the battery on my TAG watch and did a Google search. Having come up with several options I contacted Ross Watch Repairs. I got a speedy response, a competitive price and having sent my watch to them, I was informed through the whole process. Very efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you”
