“Communication was excellent with Ross and I sent both my Tags off to have a battery replacement and clean in the knowledge they were in safe hands. The next day after they arrived at RWR I received a phone call saying they were ready and would be with me the following day. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you”

“I was given advice on the essential works, that for me, were reasonably priced. Very professional service and courteous staff. Watch was returned in pristine condition, almost as good as new. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again Frank M. (Breitling B1 Owner)”

“A new battery fitted by Ernest Jones Jewellers to my Ebel Sports Watch failed after 14 months, where the normal expectancy would be three years, their charge was £150.00 with a six week wait. When I complained they reluctantly agreed to fit a replacement battery for £75.00. I found Ross Watch Repairs on the Internet and after speaking with them decided to send them my watch. It was sent and returned with a new battery, resealed, tested and a condition report inside of twentyfour hours at a cost of £49. 95p including a 12 month guarantee. Enough said!!!!!! Excellent. “Excellent service. I needed a battery replaced but Ross Watch repairs offered a clean and polish for a very reasonable price. Well worth the extra money as the watch now looks like new. I would definitely recommend and use them again.”

“I would 100% recommend RWR. Alec got back to me professionally and quickly every time. I received my watch today after getting a new battery, ultrasonic clean and a full polish and I must say I am impressed with the results. I will definitely use this service again”

“TAG Heuer chronograph's battery replaced and was back within the same working week, unlike High Street shops that quote 3 - 4 weeks and want to charge more. Excellent service and pricing. Will certainly use RWR services again.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Emailed me with lots of info at first. . I then sent my watch off. they told me they had received it and offered me a discounted service on getting some scratches out which I decided to do. Within a couple of days they emailed again telling me my watch was ready to send back,I paid straight away through BACS and I received my watch the next day. I am very pleased with the result and the costs. Not only a great service but a good price too. Would definitely use again and recommend highly. Thx Emma and Rob Mennell”

“A very professional service from Alec right from the first contact until getting my watch back. I had a battery change and reseal on my 10 year old Tag Heuer watch and was very pleased with the workmanship and for a reasonable cost too.
