“Wholeheartedly recommended this company as I had a fantastic experience with them. Excellent communication throughout by email and a quick turnaround too. As a comparison, I was being told 4-6weeks by others yet RWR received watch, changed battery, re-sealed, calibrated, cleaned and sent back to me in 5 days. Nearly half the price of high street quotes and double the service. Thanks.”

“Such a simple idea and such a great service! Most places i asked quoted twice as much and offered a 3 week turnaround. I got a new battery for my Longines watch returned in the week! Highly Recommended!”

“I contacted RWR on a Monday to inquire about a new battery for my EBEL watch. I was then confident to post my watch later the same day. I received a message on Tuesday to say the watch had arrived and to confirm the price of the battery and any additional services. I had a call to say the work was completed on Thursday and I received the watch back by special delivery on Saturday morning and an emailed guarantee. A very efficient service at about a third of the price my local EBEL retailer had previously charged. Alan from Fareham”

“When you own a top quality watch you dont want just anyone to repair it and me more than most was more than a little sceptical about sending my prized possession through the post to someone I dont know nor can see!! But I did it and wow what a result, to start there was excellent communication, rapid turnaround (posted and received back in 5 working days) and everything I wanted doing was done, cant praise Ross Watch Repairs enough, if your thinking about all the issues that I was then fear no more, get it in a bag and get it sent off........”

“I obtained this companies details after a quick search on line. They replaced the battery and cleaned my Tag watch for a very competitive price. The service was excellent, extremely efficient and was no hassle. I'll definately be using them again. Well done RWR!”

“Local jewellers wanted to charge me nearly £180 and said it would be a 6-8 week turnaround due to it being near Christmas. So i googled batter change and up cam RWR. I enquired and sent my watch off, work got done quickly and returned quickly. Can't fault the service in any way and will use again and recommend.”

“Excellent service from Alec and all at RWR. I posted my watch on Friday and received it back today. I had a new battery fitted to my TAG and also took advantage of the ultrasonic cleaning, it looks like a new watch! Brilliant communication all along the process and great value for money. Will be recommending to all my friends.”

“Tag Heuer watch needed a replacement battery. I was reluctant to use a postal service but Alec put my mind to rest and explained the whole process... Excellent communication from the time I sent watch and receiving it within 5 days and this was during the Christmas break too... Watch was resealed and pressure tested and very happy with service offered.”

“Excellent service, will use again and highly recommend. I posted my watch via special delivery, receipt was acknowledged promptly and then I was advised of the cost, I transferred the funds and my watch was delivered back to me within two days. It was half the cost of sending it to the authorised repairer who would have had the watch for at least two weeks.”
