ABER: ich wurde auf die Dosen über dm aufmerksam! hier hae ich zum Testen 2 gekauft - und nachdem ich das Sortiment erweitern wollte, waren sie auch schon wieder weg;-)
hätte ich mir nicht die Mühe gemacht und die Produktbeschreibung aufgehoben hätte, hätte ich sie nicht mal mehr nachbestellen können.
UND NOCH EINES: es ist lehr lästig, wenn man innert einiger Tage 3 mal aufgefordert wird, eine Bewertung abzugeben. da neigt man dazu, den Newsletter wieder komplett abzubestellen!!!”

I'm completely happy with Rotho products and excellent Customer Support, both deserving 5 stars.
HOWEVER, the "Cube" plastic boxes I ordered were damaged when received (4 damaged out of 10 ordered). Customer Support sent me replacements for the 4 damaged boxes, but 1 of these 4 was also damaged!
THE PROBLEM: The personnel who PACK the items need better training!
They need to understand that packages get literally "thrown around" by the delivery services. This does not usually damage the package surface, but it DOES make the items inside collide with each-other with force, which is likely to damage unprotected or badly-positioned plastic items.
My first delivery (of 10 Cube boxes) did not have adequate padding between the items: note that one important goal here should be to prevent items MOVING during transport (and thereby colliding with each-other).
My second delivery (replacement of damaged items) was a standard carton of 4 Cube boxes (probably packed by the Production factory?), itself packed inside a transport carton. The contents would have ALL survived intact if they had been ORIENTED correctly in their carton (even without adding extra padding): they should be placed "bottom-against-bottom". Unfortunately, one pair was placed "top-against-bottom", which allowed one box to force its way inside its neighbour and SPLIT it at its corners.
