Christmas card posted on the 12th of December 1st Class arrived today 14th Jan - also had 2 other Christmas cards arrive yesterday but couldn't see the date stamp. I know that you are having problems like other companies - but you seem to be in a real mess if it takes that long for 1st class post!!

What a truly terrible experience using this….The service was so, so bad, as was trying to navigate the website and various phone calls to try and make a complaint…Nightmare! I waited and watched for my parcel to be collected and then at 11.03 am I received an e mail stating they tried to but could not collect as there was no parcel in sight. bearing in mind I did not request form a safe place as I don’t have one. Besides, at this time I was outside working on my car and no way did anyone from Royal mail come! So, I had to then spend a half hour of my time and travel to take my package to the actual post office…Infuriating! So, back at home and at 12.04 my postman knocks with my post and asking for to collect my parcel…lol…He was as bemused as me how they could say they tried to collect…A totol untruth, What is going on?? So, 40 mins on hold to speak with customer service, = advised to make a claim online and that managers do not speak to customers wishing to complain, despite me asking for it to be escalated. Called back after discovering that my complaint is not possible to report or make a claim against in what is the mine field of their awful online platform. Another 50 mins on hold and then as soon as gave my ref’ they hung up. Then another 60+ mins , told the advisor I want to speak with a manager and escalate this matter, she rudely told me that managers do not speak to customers and promptly hung up on me…. AWFUL EXPERINCE. Gov’ needs to step in and sort this outfit out, its not on how its so badly managed.

The most horrendous excuse for a company, and one which we're meant to be able to rely on. As a small business owner, they have caused me countless problems resulting in refunds, cancelled virtual events and lost items. I'm a painter, these items can't be replaced - they are one of a kind. To say I'm frustrated, not only at their service but at how impossible it is to get hold of them, would be an understatement. It's upsetting, not just disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only are they slow but they also lie. I was supposed to recieve an item at the end of December. When I tracked my parcel online it was written that they tried to deliver my item but I wasn't at home. LIES. I was at home and I know for a fact they did not try do to anything.. It also said on their website that I should have recieved a " something for you card" which would give me details about my parcel. Surely, that wasn't the case. I ordered for it to be redilevered on 12.01.2020. it's the 14th now and still I haven't recieved my item.. I too less time for it to arrive to the UK from Bulgaria- approximately 9 days to be precise. Royal Mail's had my item for what seems to be 15 days now.. How is that possible? Their service is a disgrace, a nasty twisted joke. I literally can't believe they are not bankrupt yet. And what is more it's nearly impossible to contact them...

Overpriced, stuck in the dark ages tech wise - their tracking doesn’t track only tells you when attempted delivery. Charges on parcels are ridiculous compared to courier services. Delivery slow and not within promised time frames. A joke of a company

Track and trace is just a piece of nonsense not fit for purpose. All it does is inform you that an item was posted, and them informs you that the next update will be once delivery has been attempted. How this information allows you to "track and trace" your item is beyond me.

Useless service today 11/01/2021 received letters posted on 07/11/2020 discussing you go to the sorting office and they just laugh at the disgraceful service

Tracking isn't working I mailed a parcel first class tracking on December 11th and it hasn't arrived and tracking hasn't been updated since December 15th we can only assume our parcels are being stolen by staff😠

The only company that does not deliver when there is a bit of snow I had 12 deliveries Friday and Saturday and none had any problems whatsoever but Royal Mail said that it was inexcessable I know it was exsessable because I got up early to grited the road

Every letter parcel sent or dispatched has taken forever.no excuse for it either.1st class has taken over a week 48 hr track has taken over two weeks and tracking numbers not recognised by Royal Mail after 12 days of dispatch this has been going on for three months now.we are being pushed (forced) into buying on line which means useing the likes of Royal Mail and they cannot forfill there promise.

I sent a set of 4 prescription lenses to my son on 17th November 2020 and they never arrived,he has keratakonis which is a serious eye condition..they cost £220..I couldn't afford the tracking or insurance due to the cost of the lenses

Why does Royal Mail still hold the Royal, this is a shocking service. They take your money to provide a service to which they do not deliver, any other company would have to answer for this 😡

Disgusting service, shocking!! Parcel posted 16th December, recorded next day delivery,as Xmas gift with perfumes and other bits, contacted few times Royal Mail, and was still waiting for parcel on 10th January told Parcel been lost and Won’t be received!! Have disgusting 0 customer service if there would not be Sticker on box perfume in side sure it would not be “lost”!! Disgrace

At the time when we needed Royal Mail the most is when they show their true colours and let everybody down. The track and trace system offered by Royal Mail is the worst system of Track and trace I’ve ever experienced. It may as well not be offered as it’s virtually impossible to accurately track any deliveries, no matter what service you pay for. Their system is intentionally designed to infuriate and frustrate people to the point where they give up attempting to “track” their missing parcel. This is deliberately malicious and appalling service from a once well respected, leading and appreciated service provider. I’ve had 4, 24 hour “guaranteed” services not arrive when paid for and also 2 “lost” parcels. Never again will I be using Royal Mail for anything significant or important as they have proved they cannot be trusted.

Shocking service. Guaranteed next day delivery too 5 days to arrive. Royal Mail 24 signed for... 5 days & still waiting. They update the tracking saying they attempted delivery which is rubbish. They should not be allowed to operate like this!

Fully understand we are going through a difficult time but you are taking money from people for 24hr tracked deliveries but aren’t honouring this service. It’s all very well displaying the message about increase in business due to coronavirus perhaps an increase in staff to cope with demand rather than delivering when you can be bothered.

Automated service is a insult to the CROWN !!!! the imbecile how is in charge of that rediculs should be hung! How can 51 even sound like 15 ???? Over ten times with different people trying for one little parcel to be reDELIVERED makes the good work of the post men look like idiots and it's not there doing!!! I will be going with the rest of my friends and going with a private company that can do a good job 🖕

The worst service ive had! Not only did they lose 2 parcels of mine, staff did not know what was going on! Only 1 person her name was natalie if im correct, helped me out however the rest of the team there dont really care! Emma stanton a woman that works in the customer service department for royal mail totally ignored my email and responded with a dumb not relevant answer to my queries! I then called and as soon as I try to explain my queries to customer service people on the phone they hang up on me!! More than once!!! (after waiting 50 min per call as they always seem to be too busy!)

Absolute joke. We in IG9 we have received 3 deliveries in 7 weeks despite the Post office claim that they are delivering every other day. Had 1 delivery of 12 items since Christmas. Absolute Joke!
