“Watch arrived today and it is absolutely amazing. Customer Service was great as were the notifications from the courier DHL. Delivery was only slowed down by the fact it was Christmas, but was still here within 5 days. Will definitely buy from Creation Watches again.”

“I bought a Seiko SNZF17J1 on Dec 14 2018 and have just received it at my door on Dec 21, 2018 with the option of Registered Mail. No custom taxes. The watch looks very good, for the price is fantastic. And the communication with the seller was very good also, they answer the questions so quickly. With no doubt, I will buy again with this seller.”

“I purchased a watch from creation watches excellent service received wath in 3 days from Singapore to UK l did have to pay £45 custom import duty but this is clearly stated and shown on shipping options If you use DHL 99% you will have to pay Tax Duty TO AVOID THIS use REGISTERED Mail My 2nd watch is in transit waiting for it to arrive Hopefully no charges to pay Only negative PayPal payment link not available”

As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for ‘Royal Mail' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option. “Watch arrived one day ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. Can't fault watch, price, service or delivery. An excellent all round experience. One think to remember and it is stated in delivery information is that the import duty is not included in the website price and will be payable as an extra. In my case DHL contacted me for the payment of the import duty.”

“I ordered my Seiko watch online at 9-10pm on 18 October and it was delivered to my home in Berkshire in the UK at 11 am on 22 October (one day earlier than estimated). I tracked it online from Singapore to Frankfurt then to Leipzig then to London Heathrow then to Reading Berkshire and finally to my home after which I receved a polite email from Creation Watches thanking me for my custom. The price I paid was £84 to Creation plus £27 to DHL to cover import duty, VAT etc. making a total of £111. The cheapest price I could find for in the UK was £131. That's what you call first class service.”

Also, nothing is hidden and the fact that you have to pay import duty is mentioned on our website. Terms and Conditions (http://www.creationwatches.com/terms.html), shipping information page ( http://www.creationwatches.com/products/shipping.php ) and also in the FAQ ( http://www.creationwatches.com/faq.html ) on our website. P.S. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Royal Mail' shipping as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option but we will not be able to send original box via that method (so as to avoid custom levies). Original boxes can be sent if you select 'DHL' but will attract import duty.
