“Le service est super, la montre de toute beauté. Seul soucis la livraison, ça bloque à Sydney plus d'une semaine à chaque envoi mais je suppose que c'est normal nous ne sommes qu'un minuscule pays dans le pacifique. Je suis tout de même très satisfait de vos prestations”

“SEIKO SSB315P1 : Το ρολόι ήρθε ακριβώς μέσα στον προβλεπόμενο χρόνο. Τρόπος αποστολής μέσω ταχυδρομείου (ΕΛΤΑ) - Παράδοση ακριβώς σε 4 εβδομάδες. Ευτυχώς η χρέωση τελωνείου ήταν μόνο 20E. Το ρολόι ήρθε σε πολύ κατάσταση και με την κάρτα εγγύησης. Είναι πραγματικά πολύ όμορφο, ακριβώς όπως στη φωτογραφία. Έβαλα 4 αστέρια γιατί το περίμενα να έρθει σε καλύτερη συσκευασία, μέσα σε ένα κουτάκι και όχι ριγμένο σε φάκελο. Όπως και να έχει, ο φάκελος που ήρθε ήταν αρκετά προστατευτικός, οπότε όλα καλά. Οφείλω να δώσω συγχαρητήρια στην CreationWatches για την αξιοπιστία της.”

“I was scared to order anything from other countries with all the delays going on. But the great price had me pulling the plug and getting a beautiful Seiko. The delivery wasn’t as bad as I expected. The watch was shipped in a timely manner and arrived within a week. I found a new watch dealer for any future buys”

“Hello, I ordered a Seiko auto 5 on 9/8/21 and my watch arrived on 9/18/21. The watch is just as expected and packaged very good but it isn't free shipping. I would have given it 5 stars but I thought the shipping should have been faster.”

“I've just bought an Orient Bambino gen 2 watch from them. Great price. The order process was a bit nerve wrecking since I immediately got an email saying my billing & shipping addresses didn't match, when a screen shot showed they clearly did. When the order was shipped, the tracking reference wasn't recognised by Royal Mail. After a lengthy wait, I emailed Creation, who investigated but couldn't help. Luckily the watch arrived. I'm not sure whose fault it was - I suspect Royal Mail. Creation Watches were helpful and the price was great. Apart from the minor sanfu's above, the service was fine. The watch was as described, arrived in a nice bag, and looks great. It keeps time within the manufacturers limits (checked daily against the Royal Observatory website), and was in perfect condition. I would happily buy from this company again, but I'd like them to check the shipping references more carefully to increase customer piece of mind. I'd also happily recommend them to friends.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for shopping with us. Your watch has the option to display the date in English too - just pull the crown out gently and rotate it. The date should change to English Numbers. “Easy ordering, and fast shipping. But I do wonder to what extent you control the goods before shipping? The bezel on the bought watch is very hard to rotate. Is this tested before packing and shipping?”

“Real good service and nice prices. My order was No: 10510303. But be aware of DHL postal service! IT IS NOT FREE OF CHARGE! Of course, you have to pay Import Tax, I payed it around 30EUR. But, DHL took extra 26EUR, for what? When DHL inform you that you have parcel, they also ask you if you want them to pay Import Tax instead of you. If you say yes they pay Import Tax for you and charge you extra 26EUR? But there is no other way for you to pay Import Tax, they know it and they blackmail you. Don't you said during payment procedure that the DHL service is free? Well, it is not, and it is inadmissible. When I asked CreationWatches for an explanation I did not get one. Maybe it is the time for CreationWatches to make some conversation with DHL. Besides, I did not have this kind of situation with Aliexpress over Chine Post. Always have payed only Import Tax and no extra costs. Best Regards Srdjan Sudarevic”
