“Ordered a Seiko watch. It arrived quickly via FedEx to the USA. Watch is very nice but the lock on the mesh bracelet doesn't stay locked. Emailed them about the issue and got a reply from a "Pritam" asking me to go to a watch repair shop and buy a strap. I am assuming they shipped a watch with a broken strap and it's my responsibility to buy a strap at my expense so that I can wear it. I read their responses to some of the "not so good" reviews and noticed a pattern of "apologizing" and at the same time telling the customer to go "pound sand". I previously ordered a Spinnaker watch directly from Spinnaker and had a small issue. Spinnaker took care of it immediately with absolutely no hesitations. Creation Watches gave me poor customer service when it was needed the most. A lesson learned!”

“Easy to order, competitive price, delivery by DHL Express was one day earlier than expected. However packing if any, was poor. The Seiko watch in a Seiko box and three manuals were just thrown into a DHL plastic sachet and sent on to its destination (NZ). Unfortunately they arrived in a poor state. the watch was out of its box and one of the manual cover was ripped. The bubble wrap around the watch case saved it from damage, I think.”

“Fate bene i vostri conti prima di acquistare. I prezzi degli orologi sono privi dell'IVA e dei dazi. Ho acquistato un Seiko snzg per 133 euro (si trova facilmente anche a meno, ma qui avevano il cinturino che volevo), ingenuamente non avevo considerato il pagamento dell'IVA (22%) e le spese che il corriere sostiene per lo sdoganamento della merce (nel mio caso circa 16 euro). Ciò ha comportato che un orologio che si trova facilmente a circa 115 euro su siti europei, mi sia venuto a costare 179 euro! Insomma, decisamente non un buon affare. Nulla da dire sulla velocità della spedizione, ci è voluta solo una settimana lavorativa.”

“Montre livrée en Belgique après trois semaines via la poste (pas DHL dans le but d'éviter les taxes d'importation). Montre de qualité, impeccable, j'avais déjà la même achetée en France il y a quelques années. Problème: j'ai malgré tout du payer 47 $ de taxes pour un achat de 98 $, soit 145 $ (132 €) et donc revenue plus chère que sur Amazon.fr (122 € avec frais de port)!! Grosse déception mais le site n'est pas responsable. J'ai joué, j'ai perdu. Plus jamais d'achat à Singapour, c'est sûr!”

“I made an order No. 10460121. Citizen Eco-Drive AT2150-51E Chronograph Cal.H504. I asked to include the original Citizen box in the order. For a box I was offered to pay $ 8. I specifically paid this amount. “The price was excellent for the watch, and the delivery through DHL was wonderfully fast, but I'm sorry that the color of the watch face in the website photo is not how it looks in real life. I thought that the face of the watch would be white based on the photo, but it is a cream color with green tones - it's not terrible, but it's not what I was looking for. I will be reselling the watch here in the States.”

“Watch arrived quickly and seems fine. It’s evident from your reviews that you should state on the main listing that import duties may be applicable. Unless you go into your terms and conditions or shipping you can make the purchase from the webpage none the wiser. You cannot say you have no control. If the purchase webpage included this info along with all the other statements no one can be surprised by a possible addition.”

“I placed order on Sunday and watch arrived on Wednesday. Packaging was good and I had to pay tax on DHL with insurance option. Watches comes in good condition. However, the day marking is in Arabic. picture on internet shows English wording and I expect an English version and no mention that I should be getting an Arabic version. Being an automatic watch, the watch lose 5 minutes everyday and even stopped completely on the one of the day. I wear it 8 hours plus per day. I thought there is "power reserve" of 54 hours. Anyway, happy with CW as a seller but undecided whether watch issues deserve a return for adjustment.”

Your watch has the option to display the date in English too - just pull the crown out gently and rotating it. The date should change to English Numbers. This procedure is also explained in detail in the instruction booklet of your watch. Could you please attempt the following and let us know if it worked? Place the watch on your palm with the crystal down and slap the watch. If this freed up the mainspring it should start keeping good time. We are sure this will sort out the issue. “Received two lovely Seiko watches today and absolutely delighted with them. However, I should have taken a careful look at Creation's small print and not just taken their "FREE DELIVERY" at face value. My £166 purchase after DHL charges and customs/VAT duties, advised later, rose to over £215. It is obviously a devious move by Creation Watches not to highlight this probability (not everyone has to pay, it would seem) and I could have bought from Amazon or several other UK retailers for about the same price but with less aggravation. I will not be buying from Creation Watches again.”

“I had alot of problems with creation watches, having to send 4 seperate mails asking for an Invoice which reflects the shipping charges seperatly. Every time the same invoice with the shipping charges included was sent back. This has a negative effect, as if I can't prove what the shipping charges are to customs in South Africa, they charge me imports taxes on the shipping amount as well. This resulted in my watch being held up at customs. Now I don't know if these people can't read English in Singapore, although I have been there many times myself and most people can speak English. I should not have had to request an invoice anyway, it should be sent standard as all transactions are required to. I was also very upset with the large import taxes, I know it's not their fault, however it results in the watch not being much cheaper then the local one. The watched was packed OK, however I would have thought there would be plastic protection on the front and back of the watch, which there was not, only a crinkle packet over the watch. So I don't feel I had the best experience with this company, they need to pull up their socks and improve their customer service and communication skills, as someone in that office can't understand English and follow simple instructions.”
