“My runner arrived today and I love it! The colors were exactly as shown online. I also want to complement your customer service department who helped me when I inadvertently chose the wrong size and hit order. I contacted them and they immediately took care of the issue. I got the right rug, at the right price with great quality.”

“Buying this rug was a very pleasant experience. Staff were extremely helpful and the selection is broad and well organized. It arrived promptly and in good shape. I would just suggest that you warn about and give instructions for dealing with off-gassing. The smell is bad and probably not healthy.”

“I love my rug and it is EVERYTHING that I hoped it would be. The colors are very neutral and seem to go with everything in my home. I did have to wait an insane amount of time to receive my rug........over 10 months from the time I ordered until the time I received it. I can't imagine that most folks would be willing to wait that long, but for me it eventually worked out. Part of that was due to the pandemic, but also I "think" that there might have been some shipping errors. I did get the rug, so that is the bottom line.”
