I ordered dining room rug and hallway runners in July 2023. I received the dining room rug but runners were always out of stock. Told they would be available in January 2024. Still no runners and when I messaged the company no one gets back to me. Would never recommend.

The two small expensive rugs we purchased had flaws from the beginning and the one that is used the most has developed many more snags that are unsightly for the price we paid. Very disappointed.

I loved customer service, helped me select an alternate rug due supply chain delivery time. Problem, they sent the wrong color rug. Working to resolve at this writing. Ms want to focus on Logistics QA! Beautiful rug, but BROWN, not red!

This rug was not what we were expecting, particularly for the price. We are persian rug owners (and TJ Maxx rug owners). We love a good rug. But for this rug, even though in the pictures it looks beautiful, (and when placed together with the price), we assumed it was a much nicer higher quality rug than it ended up being. We returned it and it cost us $300 in shipping. Quite an expensive mistake. Unfortunate.

Why would I write a review before receiving the product, as the instructions point out. I’d change this and ask after receiving the product.

This review is on the quality of the rug (Surya Closeout Monte Carlo MNC-2328 Sky Blue Rug). I’ve had it for two weeks and the edge is already frayed. I would not recommend this rug. The customer service was great. FedEx said it had been delivered but I didn’t receive it. The representative tracked down the issue and got it resolved.

Pleased with the look of the rug but there are two spots where the rug will not lay flat. Been trying to put some weight on them to get it laid down but not working. So overall not pleased with the rug.

Well, we ordered our rug on Sept.5th and it is just now, Jan. 29th on it's way to us. We verified it was in stock prior to ordering, then never heard from anyone for two weeks before we initiated contact to find out the shipping status. The reply was "oh, let us check with the warehouse". Then, "oh gee, someone came and bought the only one that was in stock." Hmmm, smoke and mirrors. Then the rug had to be woven in Nepal, which is fine, just be honest in the communication! No one initiated any contact with us to be proactive, we had to do all the legwork to keep track of the order. Not impressed!

I ordered a rug. After the 10-15 days allotted time having not heard from RUGSDONERIGHT I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, the rug I had ordered was no longer available. I don't know why this information wasn't passed on to me before I had to reach out wondering where my rug was. Liz contacted me with an offer to purchase a larger rug, which I did, but now several days later have not heard back from anyone.

Very disappointed in the rug's quality and appearance. The picture on the site was very deceiving. Will think twice about making another purchase.

I received a beautiful rug and then realized I needed a rug pad. I chatted with them online and was advised to buy the same size pad as rug and that the pads were always a bit smaller. The pad arrived and was much larger. I was certain they would want to send another however I was not apologized to, but simply told to cut it down with scissors. All fine and good I suppose if you have the physical capabilities of doing that. Which I do not and they just don’t care 🤷‍♀️

We just received the wrong order ! We received order # 8660459. Our order # is # 8834527 ! It’s the wrong rug ! What are you going to do about it ? How can you send a customer the wrong rug ? Nice Going ! Steve Sheckells Kingston, NH

I got the rug, and the rug is nice. It took over 7 months to arrive and when I called after 2 months I was told it had just shipped.

There has been no communication regarding my purchase since the day the payment was made. It make me feel uncomfortable as to whether or not I will ever receive the merchandise.

The rug shows as IVORY on your website. It is actually a brownie / gray. Very disappointing.

No communication regarding order status since order was taken. Been 6-8 weeks. Money taken at order placement. Plenty of ads or email to buy more...why would I buy more if you can't deliver first order?

The order took many months to arrive, and in the meantime, we thought we'd cancelled it. We were sorry to see it arrive as we have no use for it, but we had so many other issues to deal with it at the time, we didn't have the energy to figure out how to return it.

Disappointing. Unfortunately, the colors in the rug looked quite different than they did on my computer monitor. Since the rug was on sale, I was unable to return or exchange (I didn't catch that part when I placed the order or I never would have spent that much money on something I couldn't return or exchange). My fault for missing the very fine print, but it does seem like a design company should at least offer exchanges on sale items.

We purchased a set of pillows which were nice but didn't work with our decor. Unfortunately, I only learned they were not returnable when I attempted to do so. I purchase home decor items from so many places. This is the only company that doesn't take a return on pillows. Won't be shopping here again!
