Sadly, Rugs Done Right has been sorely lacking in communication and customer service. I ordered a small rug in early November and had to contact customer service twice to get updates on shipping. Had I known that the rug was coming directly from Tibet I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. I was told around the end of December that the rug was shipping soon. Here we are January 22 and I’ve tracked it as in Dubai. I’ve never had a call from customer service with any kind of apology.

Shipping took a while, the app they provide tracking off of sucks it said my rug was delivered even before I even ordered it. Customer service came through with tracking after I requested for it, but it took 3 days to get that

Customer service representatives were fairly timely in responding to my emails, but there was no communication at all each time the delivery was delayed. When I ordered my rug, the website said I would get it in November. It’s January and I’ve long paid for the rug and it’s not here. The price is competitive but at what cost?

Webpage search engine lacking. Using “Southwestern” for Style and 8’x11’ from the “What kind of rug are you looking for?”, gives NO American Dakota rugs.

The rug is fine, but delivery was a problem. Took so long that I tried to cancel the order. My attempts failed and I received the rug anyways and now don't need it. As it turned out, the company did not have the rug in stock (this can't be blamed on delivery company).

The rugs are lovely but in spite of them being allegedly “in stock”, they took 3.5 months to arrive. Just tell the truth and let the customer decide.

I ordered a rug in November and as of today still have not received it. I must have called 7 times about the status. I believe it has finally shipped but if I knew this I would have purchased elsewhere. However, the people who answer the phone are nice but did not have the information I wanted.

You need to keep customers updated on items that are back ordered. Don’t charge before items are available-you have had our money for two months and we have nothing yet. It would be nice to be able to speak to a customer service representative rather than fill out a form.

I love this rug - it is to extend a grouping of 2 of the same. I am impressed by your product line. However, your service stinks. The order was from October - I got notice today that it is on the way. Frankly, I thought I imagined the whole thing and have already made do with another, similar rug for winter decorating. Will not buy from you again.

Good luck trying to return anything. It’s been two weeks and still haven’t heard from them. The very first rug I ordered from them was a $5,000 dollar rug. The fork lift operator ran the forks through it and destroyed it

I have not received my sample rug yet and it has been 37 days. I was notified today that it now shipped so who knows how long it will still take. Maybe it’s covid 🤷🏼‍♀️ I practically forgot I even ordered it because it has been so long. I will update review after I get the product.

I would have appreciated an update once my rug was going to be late, instead of having to call and ask. An automatic notification letting me know that my rug was going to be late would have sufficed, also my rug being 2 months late is unacceptable.

I ordered the rug many months ago. (May, I believe). I only received one email saying it had arrived but was not made to your standards. Just this week I received another text saying it’s on the way. (November). Considering it’s an outside rug for our deck I don’t know that we’ll use it soon!

If rugs are not available when the order is placed, you should let the purchaser know that and agree to wait before you charge them. I paid for my rugs in full but did nor receive them for more than 4 months. I was given several delivery schedules that didn’t happen. I had to take the initiative to get info, because it wasn’t forthcoming from Rugs Done Right

I should have been told when ordering that this rug was not in stock. I ordered and paid for this small rug 6 mos ago and have had no updates from you as to when it might possibly be delivered. Not good customer relations.

They sent me rugs I had asked to cancel because they would not do a price match. The rug I wanted is not coming for a long time.

Rug delivery extremely late. Twice had to call about delivery estimate not being met. The rug finally arrived but it’s not summer anymore when I intended to use this outdoor rug.

Called customer service 2 times as I don’t like to use the web. 1st time I was told to use the web second time same person answered and had a BAD attitude. If she doesn’t like to answer the phone maybe she needs another position!
