No transparency on shipping time, and i have to download an app just to see the shipping rather than visit a site. And you send too many emails!

I placed my order on 9/11 and after a month I finally had to reach out to your company for a delivery date. I should have been getting updates periodically. It is 10/18 and i still haven’t received the rug yet.

Although they detected a flaw before shipping my rug and they reordered a replacement, communication was very poor on updated delivery.

You need to make sure the status of your products are correct. When I placed the order you showed in stock and ready to ship. I have waited close to a month

I placed the order, you deducted the money, but no rug yet. And your tracking department says I won’t for at least a month or two more.

Ordered a rug..no updates on delivery for two weeks. When I finally asked for an update....miraculously I received an email the next day...item us supposedly arriving in 3 days. So, did my order just get overlooked? No mention of any issues when I ordered. Let's see if it shows up!!!! Poor customer service....and charged for shipping. Everything I have ordered online, which has been quite a bit had been free shipping. So, not really too impressed with your service.

Communication stinks. Rug looks good, it's pattern is a bit different than one I ordered, but I like it. Delivery took a bit over 4 months!!!

The rugs should have been listed on the web site as back ordered. I needed to call you several times to find out when they were coming, only to know that they were on back order from China and were delayed due to Customs, Covid etc. Some communication, reassurance and possible alternatives in this regard would have been appreciated.

I truly love the rug that I received....over three months after I placed my order. The customer service was horrible with absolutely no update during the entire process up till 2 weeks prior to receiving it. And that possible ship date STILL wasn’t “confirmed”. Finally got the rug. Will say it’s exactly what I wanted but I would steer clear of this company.

Decent service, but rug returns are not prepaid, so you are saddled with the return costs. Also, the rugs I bought were pretty, but cheaply made and therefore not worth the risk of return.

The website worked perfectly. But I've had a lot of issues every since I've placed the order. After I placed the order, I didn't receive any updates. I had to reach out their customer service which they then told me the rug would take over a month to arrive. The month came and went without any issue and still did not arrive. I reached back out and only received an update on the shop app with a tracking number which stated it was invalid. I called customer service after the tracking number didn't work and they said the tracking number would work tomorrow. It worked tomorrow because they updated the tracking number. It is supposed to arrive tomorrow, honestly at this point very worried about quality. Won't know till it arrives.

I love the rug I got but the experience of getting it was pretty miserable. Ordered a rug on May 8 and there was no indication on website at all that it would be shipping from overseas and takes months to arrive (though there was a small note about small delays due to COVID, which was totally understandable). Every time I emailed for an update I got a different story and told that I would get Fedex shipping days in the next 10 days. Rug finally came in late August, almost 4 months after original order. Customer service was very nice every time I emailed them, but not transparent. Order if you want--they have a great selection of rugs--but be aware that you'll have no idea when your rug will actually come and you won't get any straight answers about it along the way.

I kept getting the run around on a ship date. When I ordered I was told the rug was in stock but evidently that was incorrect because it was weeks before my rug finally arrived. Numerous phone calls and very little results.

I ordered a rug months ago. I had to reorder after questioning why it wasn’t delivered. I have again waited for months. I still do not have what I ordered and continue to wait. I would be hard pressed to order from this company again given the long waits without any communication from anyone

COVID created and continues to create problems for every industry and this is no exception. While extensive delays are unavoidable, correct and timely information is not. I was advised on several occasions as to the ETA for my rug and was incorrectly informed each time. I had to contact the rug manufacturer, Tibet Rug company to get accurate information. If it weren't for them I would have had no idea when my rug would arrive. The rug is beautiful, but the headaches trying to get someone from RugsDoneRight to communicate was not.

I never received notice that the rug was back ordered. Then you sent a note saying “oh no you must not have seen our note saying this would be late”. But when I read the customer reviews, I found that other customers had received this exact note. Interesting right? Be upfront with your customers. Don’t tell us when we order that the rug is in stock if it isn’t. And then do what you promise. I was told that the rug would be shipped on or before 8/4. It clearly wasn’t & I was never that the shipment date had changed. I’m hoping to order a larger size of this rug if I like it. We’ll see when I finally receive it.
