I would have liked more communication. It’s been about 1 month since I placed my order. The only time I received an update on my order was when I reached out. I would have liked an update on the status even if it’s just “we haven’t forgotten about you, were waiting on a shipment.”

I never received an email with my order details. When I spoke with Live chat, they did give me the order #, but again, no invoice. I used your site to see where my order was yesterday and I still haven't received an answer. Your website works great to charge my card, but not to give me any order information. Very disappointing as your products are terrific.

In May of 2020, I ordered rugs on three different dates. Two of those orders came in a reasonable amount of time and I love the rugs and the pads I chose. The third order, from May 4, 2020, has yet to arrive and shows that it still hasn't left the warehouse. Super frustrating. I have been working with customer service and I realize that my shipment initially went to another place, but this seems like an incredibly long wait.

I have not received my rugs and it has been over 3 weeks, so it's hard to write a review. So far not great on the turnaround time.

This carpet was very thin as opposed to other Bashian carpets I have ordered. The color in the photo looked lighter than the actual color - it is a very dark cream color of background. Also, to ship the carpet past, it cost me 37.00 from UPS. If I had known this, I would have never ordered from this site. Thank you.

The price was great but overall service was not. After 3 weeks of my rug not being shipped, I had to reach out to the company to be told that my rug was on backorder. I should have been notified prior to that. Also, I looked up the rug on the website again and the rug was still available to order with no notes of it being on backorder. Costumers should be informed that the order is not in stock before placing a order.

I’ll let you know when I get it. I have had to keep checking on it and they finally realized they had not shipped it. It’s supposed to be on its way.

I recently purchased the Loloi II Hathaway rug and was originally very pleased with the responsiveness of rugs done right. The rug was delivered quickly and in great condition but the colors were vastly different than the image shown. I have bought rugs online from other companies and never experienced this large of a color discrepancy. Rugs done right was quick to respond to my concerns but still required me to pay for return shipping (over $150). I am incredibly disappointed in this customer service and will not be buying another rug from this site.

After paying for this rug months ago, it has never arrived. I'm beginning to wonder if it ever will. $3000 is a lot of money.

I placed my rug order on 3/20. I was never notified that it shipped or that it was out of stock. I then reached out to customer service and got a response fairly quickly that my rug was out of stock and would take 5-6 weeks to get. 5 weeks later I followed up twice with no response from the once helpful customer service. It’s 5/3 and my rug is said to be on the way. I was offered no sort of compensation for the inconvenience. I guess we will see if I still like the rug a month and a half later.

While the website shopping and checking out experience was great, it has been several days that I have not received any relevant information about my order, for example whether it is in stock, when it will ship, and when I should be delivered. I got multiple emails with irrelevant Information like surveys, more product offerings, or simple irrelevant check ins without any information about my order. My customer experience would be greatly improved if someone would contact me to let me know about the status of my order.

I tried to cancel an order and was too late, although I see when my item shipped (through Arrive) was after the time I called. Also, the chat person was very curt and did not answer a final question I asked - left it unanswered. Part of the reason I bought my rug through rugs done right was the reports of excellent customer service. Not seeing anything stellar. Hoping I can return my rug for one of equal or higher value.

I ordered my rug in the beginning of February and still have not received it - I feel the communication could have been better - to me it is not about the current virus situation I should have had it prior to things getting bad

I love the way the rug looks. But when you walk on it or have you feet on it you can feel the bottom of it. It feels like small marbles underneath it. I brought a rug pad thinking it would make it better. I've had better feeling rugs for less the money. I just remodeled my house and I splurged on the rug and it doesn't seem like I did. My son has a simple shag rug that he paid $150.00 less for and it feels better then this. 😏😔

We ordered 2 rugs, paid for 2 rugs, only received 1 rug. This after 1 month. When I finally got a hold of someone, she asked if I was sure!!!

First I was told my rug was in stock. When I asked for shipping details, was told yes, in stock, but will take 72 hours for that information. Now I’m told there was one in stock but damaged and I’ll have to wait 8 or so weeks. Not happy at all. I’m considering cancelling and giving my business to another company.

My review is less about the quality of the rug and more about the customer service and marketing. I had to return my rug as the colors portrayed on line were different than the actual color when it arrived. I was told in the on-line chat now was the time to buy as there was a special on return shipping. When you are paying almost $700 for a rug, there are certain expectations and one would be up front disclosure on return shipping costs. The special only covered your return if you bought another rug of the same or higher value. Returning the rug was over $200 in shipping charges that I had no choice but to absorb myself. Never again, there are way too many other options and others that cover return costs.

Very slow delivery,4-5 weeks. No Communication re delay ( found that item was out of stock) They did respond when I asked several weeks after I placed the order though Best price I could find also
