“the rug itself is fine - as expected. Delivery took a 10-14 days longer than they said it would. Customer service was prompt and helpful when I inquired.”

“I really love the bright colors of my new rug. The rug looks beautiful in my kitchen. The only problem I have with RugsDoneRight is I specifically asked the person I spoke to online if this rug was washable and she told me that it was. When I received the rug I found out it is , in fact, not washable. I am very disappointed I was lied to but I am keeping the rug because it is beautiful.”

“"Liz" IS RugsDoneRight! Despite waiting near half a year for delivery of your ship's container of Momeni rugs, whenever I'd check in with Liz, we'd get a response within hours. The wait has been excruciatingly long. Both rugs should be here by Friday. Please let Liz know how much we appreciate her support. (No need to post.) Will send Liz some photos when the rugs are in place. Thanks, STeve”

“It's a fine rug and arrived in fine condition. The rug was folded up rather than rolled up. this made it smaller for shipping. The instructions directed us to unfold the rug, then roll it up for 24 horus. This doens't work in a New York apartment with 3 kids. So we just laid it out and begin to use. It works fine. I was a little aggravated that we were charged for the rug when we ordered it, but not when it shipped 2 months later. It's not a huge issue, because we knew we wanted the rug and weren't in a huge rush.”

“I have very much enjoyed the rugs I have bought from RugsDoneRight to date and am much reassured that they only deal with importers and manufacturers that are certified Goodweave companies. The only other thing I could wish is that as they have committed to caring about the people who make the rugs they make a further commitment to the planet and request their manufacturers to use only non-toxic, biodegradable yarns, which means primarily to use wool, silk, cotton, Lyocell, hemp, jute, and other such, but not polyester, PVC, propylene and viscose. I know I do not have to buy rugs with these fibers, but the day has come that industries themselves need to make these investments in our planet's future.”

“The small 2' x 3' Chinese rug is beautifully made and great quality for the price. I would have given 5 stars, but I felt that the delivery took longer than I expected, and I was not updated on the process: packed, shipped, expected delivery time, etc”
