“I was concerned there had been a problem with my order as it was over a month and I heard nothing from you about an order delay. I called and there was a prompt response. The rep I spoke with was very helpful...she contacted the manufacturer and learned there was a production back up and it be rectified soon. Then I heard nothing for about 2 weeks... started to wonder if there was another problem, when Surprise! I got a message it was delivered! Love the rug.”

“The rug itself is a beautiful pattern. It’s power loomed and sort of thin, so doesn’t have a super high quality look. Delivery was delayed by over three months. Although I know this is common right now due to COVID, etc, I wasn’t given any updates nor could I find any in my tracking info. Once I reached out via email to the company, they did eventually get back with me to inform me of the updated shipping. The customer service team was courteous and helpful. However, I feel the shipping timelines should be more transparent from the get-go rather than informing the customer only after purchase of the extreme delay.”

“I am very pleased. Yes, the product I received is exactly what I ordered. I like it, it works where I wanted to put it, etc. But, even more important was the customer service. A company's reputation is based on customer service, and, in my case, there was a minor problem with shipping. When the rug wasn't received when I expected it, I called, and (a) immediately was connected to a representative - on site and not overseas - who took it on herself to check the records and with the shipping department. She found the problem, and followed up twice to make sure they shipped it. I would gladly do business with these folks again.”

“Beautiful rug, but the rug was so tightly wound around a cardboard tube I am still trying to get dents out of it. I hope it is not permanent because of the packaging.”

“I first contacted you via email and was.greatly assisted. I purchased a rug on line without any problems. However, your site wouldn’t allow me to purchase a compatible rug pad. Hence I had to purchase it elsewhere and. I never received an explanation as to why this occurred.”
