“I think the website is fairly easy to use and to process the carpet selection by filters, one's personal choices. I have not rec'd my carpets yet. So perhaps I will have a chance to review this online vendor again once the carpet arrives.”

“The rug that was delivered yesterday was ordered nine months ago. I’m aware of the supply chain issues and wrote to customer support several times for updates. The response was always quick, informative, and polite. I did consider cancelling the order after waiting six months, but I did not. I’ll order from this company again, as I’m quite sure the long delay in shipping was not their fault.”

“The rug is fine. It's color is not as close to the image on my computer as I'd wish but the quality is good and it may still be useful. Shipping and packing were excellent and we are quite happy with your service. Thanks”

“Rug is lovely and as pictured, aside from a little stain. It blends in with the pattern but would be nice if it wasn't there. Although it took a while to arrive, it was sooner than expected.”
