“While I like the rugs I ordered, getting a return refunded or getting the correct rug shipped to me has been nothing short of frustrating! Part of this was the lack of response by Homespice the supplier.”

“The rug is beautiful. Exact size we needed. 4 stars because It took a while to arrive. Also, no notice of arrival date beforehand. The driver threw it on my front steps. It was very heavy. Fortunately it didn’t rain that day, and we were in town.”

“It would be nice to get updates in regards to when the item was shipped and the date or approx date of delivery via text or Email. I have been wondering if there was a problem because I haven’t received the rug I ordered yet.”

“User friendly website. Very easy to order. Pricing was confusing picture stated 45 or 48 dollars but the cart said 70+ dollars. Also tracking order is a pain and is not user friendly. Have not received the order yet.”

“The rug when if finally arrived (6 months later) is made from wool and is beautiful. I knew it would be a bit longer than usual because of Covid, however, it was delayed 3 times. When I contacted RugsDoneRight they did replied promptly and was apologetic. Will I order from them again? Most likely.”

“Good quality, good service. However the color of the rug in the picture was like a burnt orange which I wanted. The description said rust...I thought okay orangey rust. Wrong. More like maroon. I would have returned but didn't want the hassle.”

“I absolutely adore the rug I ordered. I did have to wait considerable time for it as I was originally told that I would get it in 7-10 business days. I requested two order status updates over a six week period as two different shipping dates became long overdue. I expected delays with shipping but once the rug was actually shipped it arrived within days.”

“As I submitted, rug and packaging had a moldy odor. Rug looks pretty and intact. Hope smell goes away.”

“The rug is beautiful and I am very happy with it! However I didn’t realize it would take 2 months to arrive. It does help that whenever I inquired about it, the reply was timely and informative. So, if you aren’t in a huge hurry, I recommend RDR.”

“My purchase is taking WAY too long ( I ordered in early May) but I don't blame you guys..I know logistics are tough now with the pandemic. The nice thing is you've been responsive whenever I have reached out. I value that in a company. I don't like being ignored and you haven't ignored me, thank you for that.”

“Responses were prompt and actually explained everything about my order thoroughly. I did not receive a notice that my item was on back order which was frustrating but no ones fault. I don’t like that I have to download an app to track my shipment however.”

“The rug itself is great and matches perfectly a larger version I bought elsewhere. The 10 week backlog turned out to be 11 weeks (Jul 10-Sept 25) so it would have been nice to get an email at various points along the way reassuring me it was still on track. I was starting to wonder if I'd ever get it.”
