Initial rug ordered had a disruption of the weave when we opened it. Contacted RDR immediately - heard back from them a week later. Got a return label for the defective rug and sent it back. Got a message that they would send a new rug but almost two weeks later, I haven’t gotten any indication that they are sending the new replacement one. I’d call this company Rugs Done Wrong.

I ordered samples . I am so happy that I did because the rug would have been to dark.

Quality good. Color wrong. Picture and description states gray. Rug very blue blue blue with gray. Customer support had no further info prior to purchase. Ordered two runners too costly to return

I purchased two area rugs. I like the color and pattern but they are VERY thin and after several weeks they are still rumpled from the tight packing during shipping

Iwas very pleased that Rugs Done Right would match a lower price I found on another site. But I was disappointed when I learned that the rug I purchased could not be returned, as it was on clearance. I didn't read the return policy at the time of purchase (my error), but since I actually spoke to a customer rep via telephone about the price match, I think it would have been helpful for that cs rep to advise me of the "No Return" policy on that particular rug. I'm unlikely to purchase from Rugs Done Right in the future.

staff and sales team is great, however the Fed Ex delivery is unacceptable. This rug was ordered on Feb 18 and promised in 2 to 3 days. Given Covid and shipping delays, I expected it to be a few days later but the FED EX tracking is useless. I made arrangements last week for someone to receive, then dates were changed to Saturday, then Sunday at which we waited all day. - tracking shows it is here in Atlanta yet still have not received as today the 28th. I needed this for a staging. You need to change your delivery company.

My issue is not with the quality of the rug. It is that you don't offer the 12' or even the 10' runners in the Momeni carpets. I have one from a few years back so I know they used to make them. The 8' I ordered, while a nice looking carpet, I can't use it anywhere. It's too short. So, my mistake but I'm still not a happy customer for the reasons I stated.

I replaced my previous rug after 15 years of use because it had lost it’s plushness. I bought the same rug because I loved the vivid colors. My new one is acceptable, but it’s disappointing that the colors are not as bright as my old one.

Your service team has been very responsive and friendly but the buying experience was very bad. We ordered and paid for a rug in February 2021 and after many delays we were finally told in February 2022 that the rug had not arrived and was not being made any time soon do we settled for a second choice. If I were the owner, I would not have charged my customer and made the manufacturer absorb the cost. You were lied to multiple times by the manufacturer

I ordered my rug on October 15, 2021. I never heard a word, after the confirmation, until the rug was being shipped, at the end of January. It would have been nice if I had received some word during that time, just to let me know that the order was still in process. Otherwise, no problems. I’m waiting for the rug to arrive at this time.

I wrote acceptable because when I asked about the two months it took to get my rug, I would get answers or status. However, what is NOT acceptable is your company having my money for those two months. How can you hold someone’s money for that time? I should have been told that the stick on my rug was not in and it would take some time for it to come in….. not take my money and s ay it is to hold the rug that I wait for. Sorry, but that is not good customer service. And also, I was offered another rug I place if I did not want to wait which I was told was a more expensive rug and I would not be charged more than you already took. Well that rug was wool and viscose, so it was NOT a better rug; it was a downgrade. I DO love the rug and it looks beautiful. I am glad I have it now, but those comments are authentic from me. Hope it could change and I would do business or suggest your company to others.

Have not received it yet. The original ad said it was free checking but when the check out page appeared there was a $5.95 shipping fee. I sent an email explaining this but have not heard back from you yet so I don’t know the resolution

The rug took a long time to come. After contacting customer service, the rug seemed to appear within days. We bought the smaller size, hoping we would like it and then purchase the larger size. We found the picture to be much more colorful/slightly brighter than the rug that arrived. The colors were very muted with kind of a greenish overcast. Since “blue” was in the name, we were surprised to find very little blue. Had the rug matched the pic, we would have ordered the larger size but have decided against it.

When ordering from an iPhone, the “check sizes in inventory” does not work. I ordered a rug from my phone not knowing it had a 2-3 MONTH back order. Only when using a full screen device does this feature appear.

I think this would have been a better review if Rugs Done Right had communicated more often about the shipping delays. I realize that there is a special situation with shipments now, but this requires that sellers communicate more frequently with customers to reassure them. I had to initiate contact with Rugs Done Right both times that I communicated with them during the delay.

I found it very hard to find all the sizes of a given rug. Each time I started from the top I was shown a different size. It was very hard to order a pad at the time I was ordering a rug.
