I like the rug material, but I ordered light blue. They looked light blue in the picture, but they look grey when they arrived here.

I ordered a rug March 3, 2021. I emailed your company March 15, 2021 requesting an approximate shipping date and was told it would be 4-6 weeks longer. My complaint is that I had to reach out to you for my order status. I feel your company should have corresponded with me about the delay. If I had known it was going to take 6 weeks to get my rug, I would've ordered elsewhere. It's good business for the company to keep their purchasers notified and/or updated on their items. I've been notified today, April 16, that my rug has been shipped.

It took a very long time to ship, but costumer service contacted me many times to update me.

The website worked fine, but after-purchase support and updates on delayed shipments could have been miuch better. I had to write in for updates on a couple of occasionds, always receiving a new delivery date. While the custoner servicde support staff was always couteous, kind and generally helpful, it would have been better service if I had been informed when when delivery dates were missed. Came very close to cancelling the order.

Although the prices were very good and the rug quality and appearance are excellent, my rating is based on the delayed delivery and lack of communication about my order. The order was placed in October with an expected delivery date of November. I was not contacted about any delay so I initiated the contact. It was only then that I was informed that due to the pandemic, the rug delivery would be another 6-8 weeks. After that timeframe, which was now the end January, I once again heard nothing. After initiating another contact, I was informed the rug would be shipped in 2 weeks. It finally arrived the first week of February. The process was very frustrating due to the lack of communication, but the product is lovely.

Charged me for safe rug delivery when I did not order it.I called and no resolve to reverse the charges.Put on hold, then they hung up on me.

Love my new rugs for my kitchen. Vibrant colors and soft under the feet. A tad concerned because they seem to be shedding/pulling and only had them a couple of weeks.

I have not received the rug. I was told when I placed the order it would arrive before Christmas which was not necessary at all but set my expectations to receive it in late December. I had to pay before receiving the merchandise which is not ideal. When I inquired about the order online I was updated within a couple of days mainly told to be patient...but in a courteous fashion. The final time I inquired I was told it had been shipped. We’ll see. The website was user friendly.

Everyone there kept telling me my order will ship the middle of January then was told 7 to 8 weeks when I ordered i received them last week seems no one knows what's going on there will not order from here again

I have asked this question to you before. I ordered my rug before I need it in April. I have not unwrapped it nor will until April. If I’m not happy at that time, April, may I return at that time?

It took a while to ship. It’s too short! I’m not sure if I will be able to use it or not! I may have to order another and piece it together. My hallway is longer. I’m not sure if it was a good idea to order a rug online!
