I purchased 2 runners that I found in 12 and 14’ lengths. The rugs are thin but I expected that so no surprise, but unfortunately the rugs leaned more silver than I wanted. I didn’t read the web site thoroughly enough so return shipping would be in me. I have the rugs to a friend who could use them.

Beautiful rugs, but very difficult to get updated information on shipping. We've ordered 6 rugs for our office space in the last 2 months from various online retailers. The rug from you guys took 3-4 times longer to get. I also had a hard time getting any updated information through the website or trying to call. Not great communication and longer than expected ship time.

I received the rug that I’m very happy with, but I also ordered a pad with it that still has not arrived two weeks later even though I received an email saying it was shipped.

Rug was hands down not close to picture. As proof look at website. They have put my pictures on the site along with one of theirs. Loathe deception in advertising.

this took FOR EV ER. I ordered my rug on clearance at the end of February 2021. It said it could take 10 to 12 weeks to get to me... it took, 6 months. I emailed several times and there was always an excuse.. what struck me to be so odd was that it was on clearance.. which usually means you're *clearing out* existing stock, not waiting for anything new to be made. I was honestly starting to think I was getting scammed. But lo and behold, August 2021 and I finally received my rug. I'm happy with it. I just don't know that I'd ever order from here again to wait 6 months for a rug that isn't even one of a kind. So confusing. I don't know though... maybe other stuff ships faster and I just picked the ONE clearance rug that takes 6 months to ship.

I ordered the hall runner in February to match our stair carpet. It was a great value. Little did I know I wouldn't receive it until mid-August. I was aware that it would probably take several months due to the pandemic and shipping delays, but was never given any notice of a delivery date. August 7th it just showed up on my doorstep.....glad I was around to retrieve it.

Well Fedex lost my rugs, so obviously I'm not a happy customer. Now I have to wait 3 more months for new rugs to be shipped. I realize this is not completely your fault, but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth

The shipping took months, and unless I inquired no updates were provided on where the rug was. Overall the rug itself is nice quality but better communication about shipping delays would've been appreciated.

This review is similar to many, many of the others regarding lack of communication and long delivery times. There is absolutely no transparency, as a consumer, when you purchase a product from this company. The rug I ordered showed a 2-5 day shipping date. I ordered on July 14, 2021. Received an email "your shipment is on the way" July 20, 2021. And then nothing... I opted to receive text messages from the shipping company for updates, but they simply route back to the website that isn't helpful. Tracking showed that the rug left Atlanta, GA on July 20, 2021--I live in Colorado and would have expected with ground transportation, maybe a week delivery time. At some point the tracking changed to show it "arrived at destination city" on July 21st, which doesn't make sense. I emailed Rugs Done Right on Aug 2nd and received a response stating "I heard back from the carrier that the agent has this package on their truck and they should be delivering this product end of day or tomorrow." It was not delivered. Received a text message from EFW Tracking on Aug 9th stating shipment was schedule for that day between 6am-4pm. Today is August 10, 2021 and the rug has not been delivered. I agree with some of the other reviews--they don't have a problem taking your money when the order is submitted, but now they have my money and I have no rug. I am very understanding about delivery delays. It would be great to know how the delivery process works rather than being stuck in the dark. The tracking company is really basic and doesn't seem to offer a lot in transparency.

The same exact rug was $20 cheaper at Lowe’s. They didn’t have it in stock, so I ordered it from Rugs Done Right. After I ordered it from rugs done right, Found out it was out of stock there too. It became available at the same time the one did at Lowe’s but too late to cancel My order, so I had to overpay by $20. ☹️ I haven’t recvd the rug yet so can’t give a review at this time.

It just took forever to get here if it came on time it would be very good service we still don’t even have it and I ordered it months ago when I did order it it told me it was in stock however it was not I ordered it as a Mother’s Day gift for my wife and it’s still not here

I was very happy to get a rug in an odd size, but when it came, the color was way off. I know you suggest getting swatches first, but unfortunately, I did not. Returning the rug cost me a fortune. I have ordered rugs from other companies and if I had to send it back, it was to no cost to me. I will not order again, as I do not want to lose a good percentage of the price if for some reason, I had to ship it back.

Rug beautiful but terribly delayed by 3-4 months. I can imagine COVID is the cause. Staff is very professional. Wish they had told me a week before it was delivered. Came home and it was on doorstep after waiting for so long.

So disappointing that after ordering two runners I receive an offer for a substantial discount days later. I think it would make sense to any company that if you offer a discount at the front end you have a customer that will continue to come back. Offering a discount after the fact doesn't help the customer. It just creates frustration and no good will between a company and new customer that will likely not order again.

Customer Service is very responsive and kind however when shipping is very delayed it would be extremely helpful to know without having to constantly ask for updates or to be offered faster shipping if something is very delayed, and or be offered a sample if its available for that rug. If it's for myself its not a huge deal but when its for a customer it matters.

I love the rug, but after ordering I was told the item was backordered which should have been disclosed before i placed my order. Also, my card was charged immediately, several weeks before I received my rug. Payment method should not be charged until the item ships.
