My rug has finally arrived. I had given up hope. It is lovely and was well worth the price. I did not receive any shipping notification or tracking information which would have been helpful.

SO, let me start with the good. The rug is just adorable and everything I thought (and hoped!) it would be. Looks great in the space and the quality is good. The bad: the shipping time was just atrocious with terrible communication from the company. After weeks and weeks of no word, I emailed and was told the warehouse was out of the size I ordered. Huh? But then magically, a rug showed up a few days later. I supposed all's well that ends well, but I would not order from this company again. Cute rug but not worth the hassle.

Waited months for delivery. Would have been better to inform rugs not easy to get delivered

Since I have only received 1 rug from my order of 3, and was told the other 2 should arrive at weeks end. I will wait to add further comments.

Communication wasn’t great on when my rug would ship or arrive for that matter. I had to call to get the delivery date. Once my rug arrived and I unrolled it I realized it had been previously used. It had bird poop on the bottom and dirt inside along with at least 5 pull marks, and the edge was frayed. I contacted RDR and they agreed to send me a new rug. The staff were helpful and friendly. Rug manufacturer was likely the one to blame for shipping a used or perhaps returned rug. However I had to request return date after new rug was delivered and I had to ask for some accommodation to be made for the inconvenience. Nothing was offered until I asked.

I’ve never experienced such a slow transactional process before. It will almost have taken a month to receive my rug. Had I known that I would probably never purchase through you.

We are building a new home and had ordered a rug recently. I was extremely pleased with the delivery time frame and shipment. So much so that I decided to order another runner for our home. However, RugsDoneRight was priced $75.00 more than another online source. So I requested a price match on the website. I listed the websites, the cost, the size, the color. Two days later I received an email requesting what size I was looking for. I replied. Two days after that I received an email stating RDR could not price match a rug under $250. (even though the cost was $310.00) I was not going to go back and forth with emails, so I decided to just order with the other web company. Disappointed that my price match request was not understood. I feel if you are going to investigate a price match, you should have all the details from the request before you contact the customer. Just was not handled professionally, in my opinion. We have other rugs to order and I'm not sure if I will use RDR in the future.

The rug delivery was delayed a bit delayed. Unfortunately, the rug did not work out for the space intended. We wanted to mail it back and have since found out it will cost more than we paid for the rug to return it within the timeframe allotted. Therefore, we are out the $230 we paid for it. That’s the downside to shopping online & not researching the return policy beforehand. As a result, we will not be shopping with RugsDoneRight again.

Decent experience with RDR, only complaint is that my rug was delayed and no one reached out to tell me. I had to follow up a number of times to the point that I was worried RDR was a scam and that I was getting ripped off.

Waited over 10 weeks for a rug that I still haven’t received yet. Won’t offer a discount for how long I’ve had to wait. Hopefully the rug is amazing after this long of a wait and how expensive it was.

I ordered 3 rugs all on the same order and they came all at different times with no updates from the company. Still waiting for one! Feel they need to work on their communication emails.

Ordering was simple. Rugs Done Right was not very communicative as to how long it would take to receive my order. I wrote to them for updates as the time went into 1 month, then 2 months and then some. Once the order was shipped it was easy to track. The order was correct upon delivery. The condition of our rug was fine. We are very happy to finally have our product. If a friend were to ask, I would say the deal is great IF you are not in a hurry. San Antonio, TX

Rug is nice but ordered it 3/07/20 Aug 2020. But I never heard anything from company unless I until I contacted them in July and again in AUGUST.

Website experience adequate. Could be better. Difficult to find what is needed. We have received the rugs, but have not inspected yet. Happening today. However the deliver of the one by Sias delivery was not acceptable. The delivery guy brought the wrapped rug inside and placed it on the floor. The plastic had black ALL OVER IT and got on my white drapes and on the floor. Certainly not a good experience.

I’m very happy with the rug that I received but I tried to use a coupon code for yesterday’s order and it didn’t work. I was very disappointed as I expected to receive a discount off my second order given it was done so soon

I do wish at the time of my order, or soon thereafter, there was notification that my order was out of stock. A few weeks passed before I was made aware of the situation. Seems I have been waiting quite some time only to hear last week that my order will not be filled for another 5-6 weeks. Not happy.

It would have been helpful to post on the website that the rug was out of stock with an estimated ETA during purchase. I had submit an inquiry to even find out it was out of stock. The rug was purchased on 5/22 and delivered on 8/7. I will say the rug is beautiful and I’m completely satisfied with the purchase. This review is based on communication and not the quality of the rug.

The website is fine and the price match was awesome. Once I placed my order, I really hated that I had no idea when the rug would arrive. When I order other items online, the confirmation email usually has a window for shipment...I had no clue when the rug would arrive and I was prompted to download an app (which didn’t give me the window) and then to fill out a form to receive shipping info. Kind of frustrating.
