I am impressed by the communications I’ve received regarding my order; unfortunately, they were to inform me that the rug I ordered was no longer available. They do however have a fabulous online selection.

I may upgrade this in the future but we were sent the wrong rug. I'm hoping the correct rug will be sent soon. I will then be able to judge your customer service which so far has been fair to us.

I ordered and paid for two rugs. I only received one. While I love the rug I received, I really would like the second one to complete the look. It has been more than 2 weeks since I got the first rug.

Be more proactive in communication with customers on where their order stands. I had to inquire twice on my own after placing my order on 12/7/2019.

I don’t have the product yet, but working with UPS to get the product is a pain. The people to chat with on their web site are either out of the country or they are robots. There is no understanding, and just a lot of B.S. I spent about 45 minutes trying to get to the situation about the timing of my rug’s arrival since someone has to be at the site of delivery; another site will not work for something so big unless I have a truck. I had to call my local UPS who gave me some hints about posting my phone number on my door so that they could call me when they arrive. Most of us cannot just sit at home all day waiting for a delivery, or we would not have the funds to purchase the rugs. All most frustrating. Surely someone else could do it better if they tried! Your website was fine! We found what we wanted and the description was good. I had picked out my rug from another company, but I am sure that they are exactly the same. Your special price event made it the place to go. My son who is a savvy with computers checked out everything in hopes that we found a reputable site and establishment. So far, so good. Shoji

Although The runner rugs are very attractive, I am disappointed with their inability to lay flat. I have had previous communication with you regarding this issue. You advised that we reverse roll the runners, nap on the outside & to leave them that way a few days. We did that. The runners are still wrinkled & not flat.

Really nice rug once it arrived. Company had honest customer service and gave me a discount - but the manufacturer Loloi took over 5 months to ship my rug.

I ordered several days ago but have received no status updates on expected arrival - or even if my rug has shipped. I have no idea when I can expect it will be here, which in the ‘prime era’ we now live in, feels unacceptable. You’d serve yourself well to do a better job of setting customer expectations. I keep double checking my email to see if there is any info - and still none, but oddly a request asking for feedback on the experience.

The two rugs I purchased are exceptional but I waited 7plus weeks to receive my rug 2nd rug and I found that I had to reach out to customer service to find the status for availibilty and delivery.

I was very disappointed after placing the order for my rug to find out that it was out of stock. I placed my order in January, and the delivery was delayed three times. I will say the customer service people were always very friendly and tried to be helpful. My rug finally came in August and I am very pleased with it. I am glad I waited. It is perfect for the space!

Just received order after placing at end of May. Was not notified it was back ordered until o reached out. The customer service agent said the notice must have gone to spam but I checked and was not there but did get other confirmations. Happy with product but not with time it took to receive.

The rugs took too long to be deleivered ! The color of the rug is light orange not coreal like it was stated.

Finally got my rug after about 8 weeks. A bit disappointed that it took me to get in touch with the company about why the rug was not shipped. Should have been made aware that it was out of stock when I ordered. Glad I waited because I love the rug but may not use this company in the future.

I suggest your return policy be revised. I was only allowed to return a outdoor rug with a equal or greater value. This was in the return policy, but only at the last sentences. I did find another rug that I am happy with so things did turn out acceptable.

I received the rug that I wanted and am happy with the rug but I have to say when I ordered the rug I did not know it would be a backordered item. It did not indicate this item was a backordered item when checking out. I ordered in May and inquired several times as to when to expect shipment. I finally received this rug mid July. Summer is almost over! I needed it much sooner and I could have received it elsewhere quicker. Unfortunately, I tried to save a few dollars but in the end, I should have spent the extra money and I could have had my rug in several days instead of several months. Probably the last time I will be ordered from this company. I tried and I wanted to be happy. I'm very happy with my rug.....I just wasn't happy finding out my purchase was backordered and would take sooooooo long to arrive.
