The runner was exactly what I wanted. That deserves a 4-5 star. Communication was a 1 or 0. I never received an email regarding UPS shipping info. I did receive the runner. I contacted through two emails and one phone call. Always received a prompt reply stating item was ready for shipment. Since I had never done business with you before I was very leary of receiving order. A courtesy email with approximate shipping date would be appreciated.

Good weave, but I stepped on something sharp that turned out to be a plastic fiber. In addition, the colors lack the vibrancy of those I'd grown accustomed to buying from Rug Studio, as well as those on your Web site.

Love your Customer Service (very helpful), love the first rug from the Order. But for the second rug, the delivery/update notification part of your website is just "fair". Got notified that my rug had been shipped, checked your website and the carrier's (Brauns) and have had no updates since the rug arrived at their terminal in GA on 6/14. It would be helpful for the website to say something on a daily basis like "rug still at terminal" because hearing nothing makes me wonder whether I have an action item (and what exactly it is), or you or the carrier does. Thanks for asking for feedback.

I am disappointed at the length of time it took for my rug to be shipped- I had to inquire about it twice (isn’t here yet). Customer service was great- they answered me quickly and followed up with me.

Didn’t communicate that it’d take several weeks for delivery. Had to follow up a few times to track shipment. Rug is nice.

Site says orders ship within 48 hours. Order was placed on 5/9 and did not ship until I contacted customer service on 5/17.

I placed an order for 3 rugs and was emailed 3 rugs had shipped. Upon delivery I only received 2 with no explanation on the third. I had to email them for the answer. So I am into my third week waiting on a hopeful 6 week delivery. Poor customer service at best.

Pros: beautiful, high quality rug for a reasonable price Cons: the color has more of a green/blue look; not a gray/blue look. It took 2.5 weeks to receive the rug after I placed the order. I wish there was more transparency in the actual shipping time. I believe I read that it would be 3-5 business days, which it most certainly was not. The communication overall could’ve been better.

I should have been notified by your company that the rug I ordered was severely backordered. It was not until I reached out to you that I got an update. Jessica then kept me informed, but you should have done this without prompting

like the chat. wish they had better tracking followup. It took 6 days to be notified of the tracking number for a small (3x5) rug.

My rugs are not here yet but shopping was good. Good selections and sizes. I do not get any updates re shipping, expected delivery, etc., like other shopping sites so I have to log into the site and my order to check on it. I ordered over a week ago and still do not know when the items will ship or when I will receive them. I am not that impressed yet but will revise my rating when my order arrives.

Would appreciate an update on my order. I've selected a 4x6 rug - which I just love. However, it has been on backorder for weeks. The last I was told it was expected late December. I want to believe that, and hoped that customer service was serious about this time line. Why I continue to hold out is that this rug is still available to be ordered. What REALLY does this say about this company - collects the money for the rug and hangs you out to wait and wait! My order #***- rug ***.

The service was fine. The rug seems to shed a lot of fuzzy balls. That might be norman.

Ordering was easy online and the rug came in the time expected. The rug did not work out for the space I wanted so I returned it. The return was easy following the process noted on the website. I had to pay the shipping charges for the return that were over *** so that was my loss. An expensive loss to have to return, so in the future I would not order a rug online from any company since it is difficult to determine what the exact color is and since rugs weigh a lot and are expensive to return. As far as the company, the process of ordering, delivery and the return was very efficient.
