I never received email updates as promised and had to contact customer service every time for updates during the 2 month back order wait time.

The rug I received was beautiful and just what I ordered. My issue is with your communication process. I received the rug a month ago but was never notified it was being shipped. I was out of town when the rug arrived so it sat on my front porch for days without my knowledge. Thank goodness it wasn't damaged or stolen! Just today I randomly received an email from you letting me know the rug had shipped last month. Talk about lousy communication!

Wish I was I informed about the delay....I realize it may not have been known at the time of the order, but a follow up call would have been appreciated. Also, ordering was very difficult on a Mac book...ended up having to call.

I think the online info is incorrect because the rug I received is not the rug I ordered based on the photo online. It's a bit disappointing.

While I haven't received my rug yet, I do keep hearing from the company regarding the delay. I'm waiting for products from other companies without them keeping me in touch like Rugs Done Right has. Thank you Rugs Done Right! Update: I received my coral area rug yesterday, and I am happy with the quality and design. The colors are true to the pictures. It's perfect for my coastal decor!

I really love the rug I bought but it randomly showed up one day, no tracking information was sent. Luckily I was home to sign for it but there was no warning that it was going to come. I think COVID-19 had a lot to do with the confusion between the company and fulfillment center which I completely understand, but I wish I had received the tracking information before it came. It’s a beautiful rug though.

I realize the COVID-19 has had an impact on all retailers and some adjustment time was required to figure out a way to safely ship orders. With that being said, after 2 months passed, I wrote to customer service about my order after receiving no notifications about it. Customer service promptly replied that the rug was out of stock and I was told I would hear back within a week regarding my order. I eventually heard back and the rug I ordered in MARCH came yesterday on June 5th. This is the first purchase I made from RugsDoneRight, so I’m not too jazzed to recommend or purchase again based on this experience. I’m unclear If I would have my rug yet if I hadn’t followed up.

When placing my order, I should have been informed this rug was not in stock and would not be available for 7 to 8 weeks. CS was friendly and helpful when I inquired re: delay.

You’re right, not having the product I can’t give a full review. The website was easy to use, but I did phone into your office with a question I couldn’t answer myself from your website, and it took a while to reach someone...they didn’t call me back from my voicemail until the next day. During that conversation, the rugs done right representative said she had to get back to me with an answer to my question and would do so the following day. That never happened. Hopefully the rug will be delivered soon and I can upgrade this rating. I’m very influenced by the caliber of customer service I receive - and follow through is an important component of good customer service.

They sent the wrong rug. That was ok, mistakes happen. The correct rug came within a week, but it has now been a month and they have yet to pick up the wrong rug. It is large and in the way. I’ve called numerous times and get the same, we are working on it answer.

Responses were quick but led me to believe the rug I ordered would be available and shipped “next week” which obviously hasn’t happened. I have no idea where the rug is and I’ve paid for it already.

the rug is great - but it took over two months to get - I understand issues with covid but it was 6 weeks when covid lock down started from the time I ordered and then had to wait longer -it could have been a warehouse problem but I was waiting for some type of compensation

First let me say that I realize the issues I have had getting my rug are due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I placed my order about a month ago and was told the rug would arrive in 5-10 business days and that I would receive an update on shipping including a tracking number within 2 days of the order being placed. I never received a tracking number or any other communication from your company that my order would be delayed. After several emails to your customer service department I finally received word that due to the Coronavirus, shipping would be delayed and my rug would be shipped in about 2 weeks. I completely understand the delay, but so far I have not been happy with the lack of communication regarding the status of my order. I am anxious to receive the rug and I hope to receive communication once it is finally in transit. Thank you!

I ordered a rug at the end of December, but I did not get it until the end of February. The rug was on back order and I was not notified of the delay. I had to call to find out where the rug was.

While I am very happy with my purchase, I have several reservations about the process. The agent I dealt with initially was extremely helpful and attentive. However, she assured me I would received my rug within 10 days which did not happen. The rug was ‘dropped off’ a month later — the delivery company literally left my rug lying on the driveway in winter on a rainy day! They did not ring the doorbell or alert me to this. My house painters found the rug lying in a puddle when they left for the day at 4:30 pm.

Found the rug that I eventually purchased when it showed up as an alternative color in the MYROOM photo opportunity. Could not purchase it there nor through the search engine, eventually the Live Chat person was able to find it so it could be added to the cart, but she even had difficulty locating it. The See It In Your Room feature was fabulous and sealed the deal on the purchase. Thank you.
