This company is the worst. No one ever answers the phones. You can only communicate with a rep via email. The rep gave me false information. When I asked the rep why I couldn’t talk to anyone on the actual phone, she completely stopped communicating with me and would not respond to any further emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It feels very scammy.

The rug will not stop shedding and we have to vacuum twice a week just to keep up. It’s worse than having a pet.

CAUTION – THIEVES at Rugs Done WRONG not right! I ordered+paid $1140 for it on Jan 30. I received it late Feb ‘22. FedEx picked it up since it was clearly a 2nd with many PULLS, muddy bleeding bad Colors, uncomfortable scratchy feel +unfinished edges to boot! Very diff from pics+ FALSE “Luxurious” etc. description. It’s like they’ve dropped off the face of the earth. They got their rug back w/in 3weeks. One month later I spoke to a person(The ONLY time) who said it STILL hadn’t made it to the warehouse in New York. Online their only location seemed to be in MA. 5 months later Still NO response to multiple emails and phone messages.

Is this company out of business?! It sure feels like they have closed their doors and abandoned me. Do not order online from them. They will not take a call or return an email. I ordered a rug from them in November 2021 (10 months ago) and was fed lots of supply chain/shipping delay reasons. I gave them every benefit of each doubt. They last promised me shipment in June 2022. That date went and they have now gone dark on me entirely. They will not return an email and there is no way to talk to someone other than leave a message in an answering service, to which they never respond. I am a verified customer who paid them a lot of money on an order. They have yet to send me my order and are now hiding from me. Their lease is canceled and they don't take or return phone calls. So, I can only conclude they have shut their doors. Do not order from them. You will not see your purchase or your money back. This surely doesn’t feel like doing rugs “right”.

After I received your rug, which I was told (and have the receipt to document it) would have free shipping, I received a bill from Fed Ex for $105.91. That there would be an additional customs charge of over $100 should certainly have been told to me up front, but was not. For this reason, I give you a 1 star VERY POOR rating. I should be contacted immediately and reimbursed this amount. Tracey

Rugs were promised the end of Nov. 2021. They did not come until April, 2022. Only one runner was delivered. I had to call and complain to get the other runner delivered.

First and foremost, my biggest complaint was that I was not informed PRIOR to placing my order that this item was out of stock, with no estimated in stock date. It was only after I put my order in, ( on Feb 20) and after I waited a few weeks and I finally inquired about a ship date, that I was told it was still at the port. I was then given an ETA of April 1. Also, that Loloi ships direct, so no one else would have this rug. BS….. Finally on 4/10 I tried to cancel this order( because I did in fact find it thru another company, in stock!) but they said it was unloading at the port. It will finally deliver 4/19. Your CS team always replied promptly, although sometimes vaguely. But I should have been informed before ordering it was out of stock.

More like RUGS DONE WRONG!!!!!! This RUG and COMPANY is HORRIBLE. We had it for about two weeks before the pile started coming out and the loops were unravelling in about 15 different places. In addition, online the rug looks like a bright yellow, and when we got the delivery, the rug was more beige than yellow. The rug was on clearance (but clearly not what we expected from the pictures) and they would not work with us to return it. I was told it was because it was a wool rug, but I have owned many wool rugs what did not do this! I will never buy from this company again. To spend this much on a rug whether discounted or not, you should clearly provide what was presented in the pictures and back up the quality of your products.

We ordered a rug two months ago, and online it was listed as in stock. After the rug wasn’t shipped for over a week, I contacted customer support, and was told the rug actually wasn’t in stock and the next shipment of them would arrive “sometime within the next 8 weeks.” They did offer to switch out the rug for another larger size, but I agreed to wait for the original one we ordered because the larger size wouldn’t fit in our home. That was fine. However, during the following weeks, I received no further updates on the ETA until reaching back out for an update on week 7, checking to see if the shipment of rugs would be arriving soon. At that point, I was told the rugs were being further delayed and we now have to wait another month for this to arrive. In total, over three months of waiting, and the only resolutions was (once again) to send a rug in a bigger size that doesn’t fit or one that looks completely different. The lack of communication—just leaving us hanging—and lack of any updates on the status of the order or the whereabouts of the shipment has been frustrating. I don’t think I’ll order from here again, and I’m still just waiting for a rug that may or (god forbid) may not ever arrive.

Rug was fine, but you tricked me into buying an overpriced rug pad that you describe as a Karastan 1/4” rug pad and you sent a cheap 1/8” rug pad that would scratch your floor or ruin it. What a horrible and dishonest practice

My issue is that the pictures of the rugs look nothing like the actual rugs. The picture has various shades of gold and is beautiful. The actual rug is dull with very little gold, Very disappointing.

Awful Robyn Awful customer service don’t order anything from them. Not worth it Rug was completely different as pictured and they do not accept returns skip them

I ordered this rug so long ago that I literally forgot that I ordered it and now they are asking me to write a review before I have received an order I would now 5 months or so later have cancelled. So I am a strong do not recommend.

Initially when I was deciding on ordering from Rugs Done Right vs. another company I had a live chat on their website and was told that the rug would have been shipped out within 5 days. I placed my order on 2/9. It’s now 3/2 and my rug has not arrived. I reached out to Rugs Done Right to inquire about the status and a really nice customer service rep responded to me quickly letting me know it should have been sent out the end of last week or Monday the latest. I have received no word that it has been shipped. If I knew it would have taken 4+ weeks to receive this rug I would have chosen another company. I am aware that there are delays across the board but given the choice I would have chosen the company that would have shipped it within the 5 days. I understand that the world is volatile and at the end of the day this is just a rug but I also feel that at this expense the updates and expectations should have been more transparent. I appreciate the gal that responded to me with the status but disappointed that I had to reach out vs. being informed.
