Bought a rug, hated it and now cannot return it due to it being on clearance, I would not recommend this rug company to anyone!

This rug was ordered on 8/29 2020 and I just received it today. I was never notified that it was back ordered or a reason for the delay. I assumed I had been scammed by the internet. I did reach out once in November and was told my order was processing nothing since then. I’ve since bought a different rug and will be returning this rug.

Very poor! Ordered on a Sat afternoon. Received email, delivery 1/2 months. Cancelled Sunday, the next day. Called on the following day, Monday to verify cancellation . Had to leave message on recorder, no one called me back. Later that day (Monday) rug had shipping label created. Called back late Monday to have shipment stopped. Was told I would have to speak to someone who had already left for the day. Noon here ( Tuesday, no call back from your company.

I am very disappointed in how long it took to get this product. Though it is nice I would not likely to purchase from anything from y’all again

Person on customer service knew nothing about the rug I was considering and mad Eno offer to try and get my questions answered. Additionally, she did not have a very helpful attitude!

I ordered it in September and still haven't received it yet. I've checked in nearly every month and was told I would receive it one month out and it kept getting pushed and pushed. It's supposed to arrive soon (7+ months later) - so we'll see!

Very disappointed. Ordered rug months ago. Still haven’t received it. Starting to think this is a scam and I will certainly put this info on Facebook if I don’t get my rug soon. I will also report it to The Better Business Bureau.

Order placed November 23, 2020. Its April 8, 2021, still haven’t received it. Any initiation of communication about the status of this order came from me. Never received an email about the order status, estimation of delivery, ANYTHING, unless I emailed or called them. I was charged for it though back in November! If this company wants even a 1 star rating they need to invest in communication and only charge when shipped. I would have given a 0, but there is not that option. Yesterday, I just received a notification from my Shop app that it was shipped, but not from the company after... almost 5 months. I can’t comment on the quality of the rug because I don’t have it yet.

My price match was rejected because it wasn’t over $500. Either you price match or you don’t. Advertising a 110% price match isn’t true and is misleading to customers. The customer service was also very poor. The people were not nice nor helpful.

I ordered a rug online that appeared to be gray- it was called "arctic ice". The rug that arrived was labeled "sea blue" and was vivid blue in color. I contacted the company about exchanging for a neutral color, and they instructed me to send it back at my cost even though I was exchanging for another rug. When I contacted them about this, they said that Jaipur sent me the correct rug (?). They still provided no shipping label, instead telling me that yes, I had to pay to send it back. The shipping cost is about 30% of the rug itself.

I had yo pay $330 extra in taxes & duty. This charge should have been on the original invoice. Had i known about this extra expense i would have not placed the order.
