We ordered a runner more than six week ago, I didn’t get it yet, I wanted to ship the runner oversees and I told them the last call and the last day I can ship it oversees . After many calls they said we can ship it overnight and they made me pay $68 extra. Guess what no runner yet ! I didn’t receive anything, not even an apology, my experience with the rugsdonenotright at all is a nightmare I will never order from them ever..

Funny you should ask. I ordered the rug on 1/25/21 and it's still not here. You get zero out of 5 stars from me. The pad came in 3 days and is still in the box.

I'm sorry it seems you missed the posted ETA for this rug. The rug and pad orders you placed were two different orders so they have shipped separately. I'm glad the pad arrived before the rug.

Worst experience as a first time customer. Would not recommend to anyone or ever purchase a rug from this site.

If it’s going to take 8 months to ship a product, maybe exercise a bit more communication than 1 at the 4 month mark and then 1 when you decide to ship. People change their minds in 8 months. Not happy woth your customer service AT ALL.

Ordered rug on January 8th and account debited that day. It is now Janurary 278th and no update on status of shipment! Poor customer service and followup! Cancelling my order today and send me my money back. Will NEVER order from your company again and will advise others accordingly!

Will never purchase from this company again. I found the rug cheaper and canceled the order and two weeks later rug shipped and would not allow a return. The cancelation was received and 2 responses sent would initiate. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Everything about this purchase was poor. The customer service is horrible. The lack of ability to speak with someone is even worse. The response to my emails was canned and unsympathetic to any customer needs.

I would never do business with you again and am going to post a horrible review every possible place. I ordered rugs in sept. To be delivered in early October (2 weeks). Nothing and no communication. I reached out and was told Dec 5 I said that would jot work please cancel. No communication. Nothing. I just got an email that said the order shipped. I sent a chat to cancel and was told too late. I am disputing the charge and you can pay the return shipping

I ordered a small rug to put in front of a vanity on October 2, 2020 and still have not received the rug as of today, Jan 18th. I contacted them 5 weeks ago and was told that the rug would be in soon. I was very disappointed that no one bothered to tell me of the delay or give any indication of when it might arrive. Rugs Done Right asked me to write this review, knowing that my item had not yet arrived. It’s unclear why they thought I would write a favorable review.

MINUS 10 - THIS RUG WAS CHARGED AND PROMISED WITHIN 24-48 TO BE SHIPPED AND FED EX STATED ON 1/13/21 THAT IT WAS NEVER PICKED UP WITH A PHONY TRACKING #.

Promised a new customer discount never received. Waiting forever on my order. Lied again and said they shipped it and provided the wrong tracking number. Now I have to wait another week. At this point I should be fully refunded! Horrible Customer Service and way to run business. Will report to the Better Business Bureau.

This company delivers products that do not match the description and will refuse delivery once you pay to return it. I am so unbelievably dissatisfied with the product, company policy, and customer service. What a rip off.

I ordered this rug so long ago (literally months ago) that I thought that I was a never to receive this item. Being that it still has not arrived, I suppose that is still a possibility. I don't think I will purchase from Rugs Done Right again because Clearly, I have a different perspective of what "Done Right" means...

I ordered the rug in August. It's now almost mid-January. The rug will be delivered this week, I'm told. I hope I still like it. I had nicknamed your company "rugs done wrong". That said, I know there can be supply chain hiccups these days.

I've received several prompts to review my purchases from over amonth ago but none of them have been received yet. Nearly 2 weeks after ordering them I was finally told it would be anywhere from 2-6 weeks for my purchases to be fulfilled so until then I have nothing to review.

The worst return policy. They don't provide you with a return label. trying to return it is very difficult. You get charged to return it from rugs done right and from the freight carrier.

I think it's deceptive that you don't show out-of-stock items as such on your site. I checked out with no idea the item was on back order, only heard after 1 month that it was going to take another 2 months to ship, it was then further delayed another full month (which I only found out about when I reached out again). While I understand Covid has affected supply chains, the lack of communication and transparency is what makes my experience with your site feel particularly scammy.
