Horrible customer service. Placed an order for an item and the same item dropped in price a few days later. Contacted support about it and was told I would need to ship the entire rug back at my cost and repurchase to get the new price instead of just having the difference in price refunded to me like every other retailer on the planet. I was also told the rug was out of stock and would not arrive until February if I did this, even though the website reflected the item as in stock. Extremely unlikely that I (or anyone in my circle for that matter) will ever make another purchase.

I never do reviews but this one has to happen! I will never use or recommend Rugs Done Right again. I purchased a small rug that I couldn’t check to see if it worked until we got to our cabin 12 days after it arrived. I was ONE day past the ridiculous return time frame. The woman I exchanged emails with was rude. Only option was an exchange for the exact same price. I found the same rug (different color) I wasn’t thrilled with but went ahead and asked for the exchange- she wouldn’t let me exchange It as she said the price had to be the EXACT same-and the rug I found was the EXACT same rug but different color- I had purchased the original carpet with a small discount on line which was no longer offered when I had to make the “exchange” again, ridiculous! Never purchase from this difficult company! She threw every stumbling block possible to ensure the rug couldn’t be returned. Brutal customer service!

I purchased my rug back in July and I still did not receive the rug. The customer services very kind but I hope I will get my rug soon.

Where is my rug? It was promised to me that it would be delivered by now - several times, actually. Still nothing. Please cancel my order.

They told me my order did not go through so I tried again the next day. Ended up with 2 of the same order and they expected me to send second rig back on my own dime. They should have investigated that first order went through before telling me it didn’t. Poor customer service and bad business ethics. Would not use them again

Horrible customer service. I tried several times to cancel the order when I couldn't get delivery information. The rug arrived 6 weeks after I was charged for it. When I tried to return it, they told me I had to pay shipping which was $70 for a $100 rug. Will never buy from them again.

I purchased a rug from Rugs Done Right on August 16th. It was listed as in-stock, ready to ship. I waited a couple of weeks and reached out, and was told that a "backorder notice" was sent- which I never received. I was assured it would ship out "on or before 10/15." Of course that didn't happen. On October 27th, I reached out AGAIN, only to be told that it would be shipped to me "on or before 11/17." I bet you can guess what happens next. The rug does not ship out to me on or before 11/17. It is now 12/2 and I still am not in possession of the rug. This is ridiculous, and I will never order from you again. I explicitly asked if I should cancel my order and get a rug elsewhere, because I needed a rug, and was told that it would be here soon. The issue here is that my expectations were set to something that was untrue. If I had been told that this rug would take almost 4 months to ship, I would have purchased a different rug.

Horrible manager who raised her voice to me. Refused a price match guarantee. Shipped my items when they said they would hold them until after the holiday. Kelly was very helpful. Manager needs to be fired.

I placed the order on August and was no indication that this item was on back order. It’s now end of November and I am still waiting for shipment.

I ordered my rug over a month ago and every time i asked about my order they told me they would email me and they never did. I have not received tracking for the order but it said it was already shipped so im unable to cancel. But again, no one has any idea where my order is.

I wish I could say I had a good experience.... I purchased a rug by the picture on your website. The rug was not as shown on the site. I tried working out a fair and mutual solution but it was not to your company like..... this was my second purchase with you and I thought you would understand my point of view....

There was a 3-month back order on the item with no warning/indication of this before, during, or after purchase. No communication at all unless I called to get an update. No discount offered. Will not purchase from this seller again.

I sent you a reply a few minutes ago. The rugs have been wet and smell of mildew. I’m trying to air them out but it doesn’t seem to help. What are my options at this point. They are smelling up our new home. Thanks. Steve

I received a damaged rug from manufacturer and was told it would be immediately replaced and never heard back from them!!!😡😡😡

Rugs were fine. But the six months of waiting and arguing with the company and being insulted by the owner over lack of communication with me regarding status of order wasn't worth the hassle.
