I still have not received my rug. I ordered it almost two months ago and it still has not arrived. For weeks I had no communication from the company. I had to call several times until someone was able to tell me what was going on. Now it looks like my rug was shipped, but still has not been delivered. Very disappointing. I hope when the rug arrives all this hassle will have been worth it.

Expensive rug, cheap quality. I was going to exchange to a larger size but the quality isn’t worth the cost. I’ll probably just keep the bamboo rug I received because I assume the defects in the smaller size will also be present in the larger size. Also, customer service was kind of rude with their reply when I requested the tracking number. Will not shop again, would not recommend.

Commutation and timeliness have been very poor. I ordered the rug July 13th and just received it on November 9th. It was supposed to be here by the end of July. It was supposedly back ordered but I never received an email stating that fact. I submitted three requests and each time the arrival date was the end of the month. The end of October it still wasn’t here so I called in November and it then finally was shipped.

I had this rug on order with one of your competitors last November. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I didn’t want to wait another 8 weeks so I started shopping around. Your website in January said you had the rug in stock. I called to confirm the inventory and was insured it would ship right away. When it didn’t arrive, I called back and was told it was the wrong rug and that it would be 8 weeks to get a new one. Eight weeks turned into eleven months. Each time I called, I was given a different excuse and a new delivery date that was never met. I was told you were a preferred vendor and would get priority fulfillment of the order. I was also told that since I waited so long, it would ship from the warehouse as soon as it arrived. None of this was true.

The customer service girl that helped me was very nice. However my rug was ordered in August and did not get delivered until November which is ridiculous

You said I hope I am enjoying my rug -- I am not. It was ordered a month ago, and when I checked last week, I was told it was apparently "lost." It was going to be re-ordered but might take another 4 weeks. So, I am not enjoying my rug.

BUYER BE AWARE. The picture of the rug is not what they are on line, the colors are way off and not even what being advertised nor the correct description. The return is tricky as well. On their main page they claim free shipping and return but if you return the rug for any reason even if its their fault, they will make you for shipping both ways. The customer service is very poor and don't care about anything, I had to get the supervisor involved in order to get my one way shipping charge removed even though I had to pay $130 to ship it back to them due to false advertising of their product. I would stay way away from Rugs Done Right.

I’m still furious with your business! I needed to return a rug because the colors didn’t work. I wanted to keep things positive so I asked to exchange for another rug. I talked to a customer service person who told me I needed to pay to return. The bill was 1/2 of the cost of the rug. I read that you paid shipping if I exchanged. Then I was told my purchase had to be $500 or more. I returned a rug to another store and they sent me a label with a cost of $9. Businesses need to pass on their great rates to their customers. I’m SO done with your horrible policies. I wish that I could choose, NO stars!

I was not aware that you have to pay for shipping on the returns. It’s way to expensive. I would have never purchased the rug.

Order #8816509. I ordered this rug weeks ago and understood the rug was in stock and would reach my door in days. It has been weeks. I am moving and was just told by your shipper Pilot that the rug won’t be out for delivery for yet another week and can only be delivered to the address you gave them. So I guess I am in quite a dilemma. Rugs Done Right got my money weeks ago and I have no rug!! I am very upset because I have made numerous calls to you and been assured that this rug would reach me by October 9, 2020.

Buyer beware. Here's my timeline: 07/11/20- ordered a rug. Pretty happy with the style, quality, price, etc. 08/08- emailed customer service because I still hadn't received any notifications about my order. 08/10- customer service responds and tells me it will ship "on or before 08/31" 09/02- emailed customer service again requesting update 09/03- customer service responds "We expect this to ship on or before 09/11" 09/11- email a third time for an update 09/14- Customer service: "...this Is scheduled to ship on or before 09/17" 09/14- I respond to customer service that this timeline is unacceptable- either the product is available in stock or not, if not, then I want to cancel order and get refund 09/15- Customer service forwards my message to manufacturer 09/17- I call customer service. Customer service cannot tell me anything about my order. When I tell them to cancel it, suddenly she can find all order information. 09/18- I receive notification that the order still has not shipped 09/22- I receive notification that the order has shipped 09/24- order delivered If it's acceptable to you to wait nearly 12 weeks for an order to be delivered, Rugs Done Right might be good for you. If it's acceptable to you to receive false information multiple times from a company regarding your order, Rugs Done Right might be good for you. If you're a fairly reasonable person- just go ahead and order from any other national rug supplier, where they promise (and literally deliver on that promise!) for delivery within two days.

We bought a rug that we wanted to return only to be told it was a clearance item and could not be returned. No where was this marked as a clearance item. This company is dishonest and we will never buy from them again. I am out $250.. for a rug I cannot use and do not want. Shame on them, a complete rip-off

The rug I ordered was not delivered to me. The rug that I received was unacceptable to me; however, a member of my family accepted the rug. Trying to sort out the issue with Rugs DoneRight was a nightmare, requiring multiple emails and several hours of my time. I would not purchase from RugsDoneRight again.

1st time customer - Purchased Rug through rugs done right. When arrived, it was not the quality we thought it would be and requested a return label. When told it was clearance only - final sale, we explained we never purchase anything that way, let alone at this price level. We offered to pay the return shipping out of our pocket even to finish the transaction And were told nothing could be done. Will never purchase from rugs done right even again and will be posting online reviews to make sure no one else makes the same mistake to work with this site given the Poor customer service. Even if it was a mistake, to not attempt to work with a new customer is unforgivable.

I think I placed my order August 11th for a runner and I did not receive it until yesterday! I contacted customer service a few times through email and phone and kept getting reassured that it would be shipped that week. I was never told what the issue was... just that the warehouse was working on it. It was overall a frustrating experience. The rug itself is beautiful.

Product quality was poor. Had to throw the rug in the trash because the company would not take it back. Final sale was their response. As for the runner to go with the rug, they made it economically unfeasible to return the runner. So I had to eat that as well.
