Delivery time is excruciatingly long. It was hard to find out what was going on. Still don’t have my rug.

I believe that my order was never processed, and when I inquired about the order (over 30 days later) I was told that I must have missed the back order notification. Receiving this email shortly after makes me believe that my order was actually submitted after my follow up and shipped out shortly thereafter.

I ordered this rug over three months ago. I have attempted to contact you about it three different times and received one response with inaccurate information. I would like to cancel my order and have it refunded. I will never shop with you again.

I never was notified this item was “out of stock” when I purchased it and was later told after I complained about how long it was taking. I also never got a shipping notification or anything.

Ordered on 5/21/2020 and finally received my order on 7/17/2020. Any communication on the status of my order was intimated by me and I never got any response until I wanted to cancel my order. I understand there is a pandemic going on, but I’m working remotely and still doing my job and communicating with customer.

This rug is listed as an indoor-outdoor rug, so I ordered it and put it on our deck. After the 1st rain, the rug became wet and totally absorbed all the moisture. After 3 days it was still wet!!! Ridiculous to be considered an outdoor rug. I'm stuck!

Terrible return policy. The rug I got looked nothing like what I expected, and it was going to end up costing more to return it than the rug cost in the first place.

First and last time I will buy from RugsDoneRight. My rug should have been delivered from 7/16. It is now 7/20 and I don't know what has happened to it.

I have not yet received my rug and it has been over two months. Customer service did respond right away however, they never gave me a direct answer to my questions. Once I receive my rug, I’ll write a review to let you know if it was worth the wait.

Had to ask about why my rug hadn’t been shipped yet (over 3 weeks since purchase date). Then was told i must have missed the email that my rug was on backorder and wasn’t a going to ship until mid August but I was first in line. Later that day I got notice that my rug shipped. Kind of convenient, seems like my order got dropped instead.

ALWAYS ALWAYS VERY LATE ON DELIVERY VERY BAD SERVICE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF BAD QUALITY NEVER DO BIZ WITH OR RECOMMEND .
