Horrible condition of shipping bag, Rugs arrived opened at one end and very dirty. This is awful. I paid $60 for 2 day shipping - this is a nightmare. I have tried to call and cannot even get connected to a live person or chat agent. I was hoping for customer service that would satisfactorily resolve issue so that such an awful review would not be necessary. But this is totally unacceptable business practice.

I refuse to submit a review on a product I have yet to receive. I submitted am inquiry and have yet to be told when I should expect to receive my product.

Shopping on website was fine. Then I realized it had not told me if the item was in stock. I tried to cancel by phone. Cancelled using their written cancellation document they required. They shipped item anyway. 3 days later. I wrote email to Notify them about the prior cancellation and shipment notification. Return shipping policy needs to be stated clearer for items under $500.

It has been incredibly difficult to get answers and proper customer service. Every inquiry I had about my order I was referred to complete an online form to receive any answers. How hard is it for a customer service representative to check the status of an order without an online form that has a response time of 24-48 hours? The price match is a joke! I’ve written multiple times that I need my order canceled and my requests have been denied.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY RUG FOR WEEKS AND CAN'T GET ANY INFORMATION ABOUT IT. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I still don’t have my rugs. Customer service has told me a couple of times they were on their way and they were. I wouldn’t buy from you ever again. I realize covid has delayed things but I’m in sales too. I cover 13 states. Our product comes in from China and we haven’t shorted anyone or delayed their orders. Your customer service reps don’t help by being short and snippy with people. And again I deal with customers day in and day out and never ever do I get snippy with my customers and ask “well, do you just want to cancel the order” or “we are going round and round is there something else you need to know”. It’s just wrong. When are my rugs coming. At this rate I’ll be dead by the time they get here. Ps I was Diagnosed with breast cancer so yeah there’s a real chance that I’ll be dead before they get here

I would just like to know where my rug is… It says shipped but no other information than that. I downloaded the Shop app and it too gives no more information. I cannot get a live person and the “bot” is not helpful and gives no answers—so although you are trying to appear to be customer service friendly… You’re not.

Called to see if the rug I wanted was in stock. I was told it was, so I ordered it. That was April 28th. Called about my rug and was told I'd have tracking in 24 to 48 hours. That was May 13th. Still no tracking 5 days later. Will not order from RugsDoneRight again.

DO NOT use this site to order samples, if you are expecting free returns! First, they make ordering very confusing. Certain samples aren't available so they "upsell" you on a larger sample size. You think it doesn't matter since you'll be returning the samples. Then they send you invoices and purchase orders that don't match up so it's very confusing what you've ordered v. what you've received, etc. Then when you try to return any samples you no longer want, what they don't tell you is that they have to process the return manually via e-mail (no phone to straighten things out). They'll take their sweet time sending you return labels. Only to then notify you that--oops!--you've missed the 14-day return window nobody mentioned during all your chats with their representatives. All of their products are available on other rug dealership sites. You can also just order direct from the manufacturer. PLEASE spare yourself the headache and wasted money and use a different site.

Colors don't match at all and returns are not free both ways read carefully. Return policy takes forever so beware.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a rug and canceled it right away and they said they couldn't stop it. I find that very hard to believe and I'm very dissatisfied and will never order anything from this company again.

Your marketing cadence after the sales is way too frequent. Since I purchased on 4/19 (3 days ago), I have received 6 emails from your company not counting the order confirmation note. I would suggest dialing this way back - the email suggesting a complimentary product was appropriate, as was the shipping notice, and this feedback form. The rest are overly aggressive in my opinion.

We had to return the rug because the colours were nothing like that pictured on their website. Cost of shipping both ways was charged.

The ivory color is MUCH darker than it appears in the picture, and actually looks muddy. In addition, it took weeks to receive a 4 x 2 rug.

Your return policy is extremely poor compared to other rug shops. You do not pay for return shipping for returns nor do you provide return packaging. I will shop elsewhere in the future and do not recommend you.

When ordered there was no mention of the item being out of stock. after 2 weeks I emailed them and they said it was on a shipment coming, after a month it was finally shipped to us, Poor customer relations
