I can't describe how disappointed I am with your company. I purchase a rug $727.60 and upon receiving it I discovered it is too large for my room. After many emails with your returns department I have been informed that I cannot return the rug unless I find an item the exact price or more. I cannot select a rug that costs less than the original and on top of that I am expected to pay and addition $80 to return the rug which I cannot return because your returns department will not issue me an RMA number. Horrible company horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I would love to write a review of my rugs if I would have received them!!!! Ordered on May 4, 2019 as of May 29,2019 still have not received, still waiting on someone to get back to me. I chatted with representative prior to ordering who said I would have them by May 11, 2019, which was important because I was having an event at my home, but no rugs!!! Would never buy from RugsDoneRight again. Clearly they are not done right!!!

Received 2 rugs that do not look like the quality as pictured online. They are advertised as indoor/outdoor rugs but the course texture is rough and they are so light that they will never sit flat even with a rug pad underneath. I ordered 2 of the same rug 2.3 x 4.6 size and both have the ends rolled up. One was not packaged with a core and the ends are damaged. It will never lay flat. Actually, neither rug will lay flat as they are flimsy and are a tripping hazard. I called customer service and they said basically that I get what I paid for (inexpensive) and if they are returnable, I will have to pay the return shipping.

Purchasing the item was not the problem. The problem is the item I received looks nothing like the item I ordered, in color and design. The Jaipur Living site states "colors nay vary slightly between dye lots and idividual rugs. Slight pattern irregularities are normal in handmade items". I wish I could send a picture of what I ordered and what I received. They look nothing alike.

I ordered my rug on 1/29 it is 5/6 and still do not have my rug. It has been delayed 3 times. Not expected until July now. ☹️

Very disappointed in my experience with this company. I found 2 runners that I wanted. I checked with a customer service rep before ordering that they were in stock. She said they were and I ordered the runners. After almost 2 weeks with no update I reached out to the company. They were unable to give me an immediate answer. The next day I received an email stating the warehouse couldn't locate the order. So I never got my runners. I checked the website and they were still "in stock" on the website. No one would talk with me about it on the phone. So I emailed the company and they told me I could wait 4-5 months for the rug to be back in stock or they could refund my money. I got a refund but that was it. No one even reached out to me to follow up or apologize. Very disappointing. Probably won't be shopping here again.

Rugs Done Wrong. I’ve been waiting 3 months and no rug yet. Looks now like it will be another 3 months. Don’t charge your customers until the rug is shipped. You’ve had my money all this time and the delivery has been delayed 3 times. Why should I believe you this time?

I am still waiting for my order. It's been 10 days with no update or estimated ship date. It would be really nice to get some kind of estimated ship date. But they are pretty fast at asking for a review so here it is.

If I can give 0 start or negative points, I would've done so. The company is not honoring what they agreed on, instead, kept saying it is my own misunderstanding. I originally placed the order for a 7 x 10 rug in Jan/Feb 2019 and few days passed by, never got a shipping notification, I reached out to the customer service, and was told the rug I placed is on back order to April (however, when I placed the order, it said it is in stock). I was not happy no one ever contacted me and then I was offered with several other rug options if I'd like to purchase rather than waiting for the original one. There was one option I thought it potentially might work out, however the price was higher than my original order, therefore, prior I placed the order, I emailed the customer service and asked I want to make sure if I don't like the higher priced rug, I can go back to my original order and get the price different refund along with a free return shipping and if all yes then I will place the order. Here is the response I got from the customer service: [Because we ship to you for free, the only way to qualify for free return shipping would be with an exchange order of equal or greater value. Oversize items (8’ wide or larger) do not normally qualify for the free return shipping promotion, but I can make this exception for you.] Based on the reply I got, it sounds like I will get a free return shipping hence, I placed the order. I received the higher priced rug and did not like it, I reached out to the company and asked for a free returning label and now basically they are saying it's my own misunderstanding, they never say I could've had a free return shipping label. This time, I called and spoke with the supervisor and still, the supervisor insisted it's my own misunderstanding, I explained how this could be a misunderstanding? I asked specifically whether I will get a price difference refund (because I'm fine going back to my original order) along with free return shipping for this higher priced rug and according to the answered they emailed back to me, they stated they would make an exception for me. The supervisor kept saying it's my own misunderstanding of their policy.... it felt like we were just talking in a loop..... Therefore, I thanked her to let her know, well at least your company is fast at replying email and answering phones, some companies don't have that. But the way you deal with the customer is NOT professional. In my opinion, they cannot just say it's my misunderstanding when it is truly not. I let her know I'd pay for the returning shipping and I want my refund for both order and do my business somewhere else, and I will definitely spend my time and effort to file a complaint about their business, I'm not trying to be a difficult customer, but this is way off line, when your company simply just use "misunderstanding of your policy" as an answer, that's NOT OK or appropriate. I ended up having to pay the shipping which cost me around $230 because otherwise, I won't get my refund. The customer service basically was like well you have to send the rug back within 14 days upon receiving to get your refund. since they broke the promise that they won't give me a free shipping label, I had to pay the return on my own cost. I contacted Better Business Beaurau but no resolution.

I bought a rug that did not look good in my kitchen. I then began a conversation with someone named *** who told me that the rug was not returnable, because it was an "outdoor rug." Silly, given that it's an "indoor-outdoor" rug and that it hadn't been put outside for a second. But then, I was told that I could exchange it. Not for the full value, mind you, because when I wanted two of the same rugs in a smaller size, I discovered that I could only have ONE of "lesser or equal value." Fine, I said, send me one of the same in a smaller size. But to that, I got no answer. In fact, the person I was dealing with kept claiming that she did not understand what I was asking for and finally just stopped answering. I will never buy anything from Rugs Done Right again. There are plenty of other sites that sell Dash and Albert rugs and that don't put their customers through this kind of nonsense.

I wish I could give no stars.\nPurchased a rug, didn't unwrap it. Sent it back "Return to Sender".\n\nCalled to see if it had arrived. Was told they did not know and I needed an RMA. Rug was sent back to me. Called for RMA, and was told it was too late for a refund.\nSince I had not opened the rug, there was no way to know about needing an RMA \n\nIt was roughly 2 weeks before the rug came back so that interfered with the time limit for returns.\n\nI don't recommend you to others. And I want my money back!\n\n

Your return policy is very vague. The heading on your website says free shipping and returns but I was told I didn't meet a minimum purchase. I wouldn't have bought it from you all if I didn't think the return shipping was covered. Your customer service representatives were also very sketchy about the details and rude. I left negative feedback on Google reviews. I'd still like to return it but I'm stuck with the rug.

Ordered two Momeni rugs; learned about a month later, only when I inquired, that rugs were backordered and would take 8-10 weeks. Ugh! Not acceptable. Should know when ordering if available. Good about issuing credit right away when I canceled order but still very disappointing.
