First rug damaged in transit, & subsequently took another additional week before even shipping out a replacement. As well, used the same substandard shipping company that damaged the first one. 5-7 business days to arrive via truck from Atlanta, which is a 2 day transit point. Unacceptable on all counts

Worst customer service in history! The ladies working there are horrible! Was given a coupon that you wouldn’t let me use, and this is a horrible company! I will Never order anything from you ever again !!!

This actually makes me laugh. Rugs Done Right asking me for a review. It’s been a month and there’s absolutely nothing happening with the rug I ordered. I emailed customer service and still have not received a response. Oh, but the rug pad came right away. Lot of good that’ll do me with no actual rug. And of course, they billed me in full right away for both items. Gotta say...this is definitely Rugs Done Wrong

I tried to return before the rug was shipped and never recieved a confirmation until after the rug shipped. I have been trying to return it for weeks and nobody will respond to the Return submission form.

I ordered a rug and realized it was the wrong rug and cancelled literally 10 min after placed the order . I was told that the warehouse had to confirm the cancellation . Never heard back and you delivered the rug to my house. The customer service is very poor . Now I have to ship the rug back when I cancelled it right away after placing order

Ordered a beautiful rug but was given false information about shipping issues rather than just straightforward honest answers. Because of the false information, we requested to cancel the order entirely. Having pleasant customer service is important, but having honest forthcoming customer service is far more important.

Even with the COVID 19 pandemic I have never waited this long to receive an order. And it doesn’t look like it is coming any time soon. Very disappointing. I think you could and should do much better

I haven't received my rug yet even though it was ordered 4 weeks ago, but received an email asking for a review. I had to contact RugsDoneRight numerous times to get an update even though I signed up for updates. I finally was told after 3 weeks, that it was out of stock, but should be in soon. If an item was out of stock, I should have been told when I ordered it, not 3 weeks later after numerous contacts. My rug is on its way. I sure hope I like it!

I was looking for a particular rug that was out of stock on other sites. I saw that rugs done right had it in stock, so I decided to give your company a chance. I ordered the rug on May 26 when I moved into my new house, and tried to switch to a larger size on May 29. I did not hear back from customer service until May 31 at which point it was too late because the order was already submitted to the warehouse where they refused to change or cancel the order. This was very unhelpful. I hoped the rug I ordered would work, but unfortunately like I had thought, it was too small for my patio when it arrived. I put in an exchange request at which point I was not given a return label even to EXCHANGE. I was also told the larger rug was backordered-- completely negating the reason I shopped your store in the first place. I had to pay $179 for the bigger rug and at that time I was told I had to pay the shipment for return of the smaller rug. I went to UPS to return the smaller rug to find out that it was $50 to ship the small rug back to UPS. That was almost the same price as what I paid for the rug!!! There was no way I was going to spend $100+ to return the rug I didn't want. I called customer service to again that day to explain the situation, and ask for a return label for this special circumstance and was again denied with no explanation or understanding, no type of compensation or compromise. I understand your "return policy" states that the return shipment is on behalf of the buyer, but this should not be the case for an exchange. I shouldn't have to pay for an exchange shipment, especially if I am spending more money for a bigger rug. I now have 2 rugs- 1 that I don't want or need, and have spent over $230 at your site for terrible service. The UPS store even told me most companies who typically DON'T provide return labels have been providing them due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only should you take this into consideration, but your return policy should also be altered to make exchanges a little more fair. There should be a separate policy for exchanges that does not require the customer to spend the same price as the cost of the rug to send back. This whole situation could have also been avoided if customer service would have cancelled or changed my order the first time I asked. You should call yourselves rugs done wrong. I am highly disappointed with the customer service and will never shop this company again.

I have not received my order yet so I can't speak on the quality or condition of the item. I was very displeased with the whole process of ordering from your company. It has been over a month since I placed my order and if I didn't reach out and ask where my order is no one would have contacted me. I was told it was in stock and was going to ship in 48 hrs and that was 2 weeks ago and clearly that wasn't true. I think that is totally unacceptable. Customer service did respond promptly but I feel like I was given the run around. Not likely to order again from this company.

The rug I ordered was marked clearance, making me assume it was in stock and ready to ship. It took 2 months to get. I was told many different reasons, the virus, limited staff, the last one being it was on back order. If it is clearance how can it be back ordered? I will NOT do business with this company again.

I was not very impressed with this site. Unfortunately the colors were very different in the photo than in the actual rug when I received it. Also, it cost me 38.00 to return the rug at my cost and I do believe that this company would be much better off allowing free shipping. This deters me from purchasing again from this site unfortunately. Thank you.

Pls don’t sell something unless you have it in stock. Have waited for nearly 3 months now for my order to arrive. Rugs most definitely not done right. Sorry.

Worst customer service I have had in a long time. The manager was super rude with a condescending attitude. She lied about being able to cancel my order. No one was helpful. I would never recommend anyone using this business to buy rugs because of how terrible the customer service is.
