I NEVER GOT MY RUG!

I placed an order for a very small rug on January 22, and as of March 13 have not received it. I received an email notification that it should arrive tomorrow - 51 days after I placed the order. Ridiculous!

Ordered a rug then tried to cancel same day. It was shipped and when I returned it was charged $158.00 shipping fee for a $323.00 rug. When it was received at Rugs Done Right they said it was damaged and wouldn't accept it. Neither the shipper nor I can see the damage they claim. A real nightmare!

I wanted an update as to approximate arrival time. NO real person to talk to. Did a “chat” then had to fill out customer inquiry card. STILL no response. NOT HAPPY

It's been over 3 weeks since I ordered the rug. It arrived damaged I had to ship it back. The damage was very obvious and whoever did the QC wasn't paying attention. It has cost me time and you money. The replacement is supposed to come next week, but no definite date. Customer service has been nice but still can't give me a delivery date. I have several things on hold until the rug arrives. I could have ordered from several other vendors and chose you but must say I'm very disappointed!

I ordered my rug 4+ weeks ago and just contacted customer service to try and get an update as I had received NO communication. Was informed it is STILL out-of-stock (which I was never told before that it was out-of-stock) and would arrive in approx. 5 more weeks. Customer service was very prompt and polite in their response, but I would have appreciated some automatic communication rather than having to wonder, worry, and search for answers. Will comment on the rug if/when it arrives!

I ordered a sample rug, to make sure we liked, before ordering a large size that we needed. Wanted to return, but can only return toward purchase of a rug. I'm out $50 now, very disappointed!! Went to Crate and Barrel, their rug samples only $20 and they are returnable!! Won't be doing business with RugsDoneRight again!!!!

My order has taken 10 weeks to ship out. I have repeatedly had to contact customer service myself just to be given an update as to what the status was, and would have never gotten an explanation of the delay if not for my own persistence. I feel that customer service should have been proactive towards their customers, especially due to an extremely long delay such as this one. I will not order from this company again.

Great selection. But you’d better love it because if it’s a large rug, you can’t really return it. Customer service was really unpleasant. When I mentioned that Wayfair has a superb return policy (and that I would stick with them in the future) RDR support staff said “Did u know Wayfair is losing money?” Whuh???? Weird and wholly unsatisfactory. Am stuck with rug I don’t like.

horrible. Send the wrong rug in wrong color and then wanted me to pay for shipping back even though I had called to check and ;make sure nothing was being sent.

They need to do a much better job of letting you know when a purchase is non refundable. They should tell you that clearly not expect you to read the fine print on a different page. Not customer friendly.

The worst experience, I bought a rug and when it arrived I realized right away the color was wrong but when I tried to return it I was so “so sternly” that it could only be replaced by a rug of equal value or mor and I would have to pay the shipping fee if $40 ( more than half the price of the rug)!! I called several times to try to come to a happy medium, I was willing to buy a rug of much greater value if I didn’t have to pay the shipping fee..completely nonnegotiable!! I gave the rug away and will never do business again with this company.

I never read the rug. I was told it was damaged before delivery. They couldn’t find another rig to replace it.
