I placed an order for a rug over a month ago and I have yet to receive it. As I read other reviews, this seems to be the norm. If you are VERY patient and have nothing but time, Rugs Done Right is the place for you, but I think Rugs Done WRONG is a better name for this site.

We ordered a rug from RugsDoneRight. The colors in the rug didn't work for us. When we tried to return it, the company responded that because it was a clearance item it was nonrefundable. We just looked at the clearance page and we don't see where it makes clear that clearance item is nonrefundable.

Item took longer than 10 business days to ship- each time I called the agent asked me to fill out a form. Many times I called I could not get through to an agent. When I finally spoke to someone they said my item could not be cancelled bc it had just shipped. When I get off the phone I get an email update saying my item had shipped. Makes me believe they just pushed a button to day it shipped so I couldn’t cancel. Overall very poor and frustrating experience. Will not shop here again.

Do not buy from this company. The rugs are the exact same ones you can get from amazon or other companies, only they are way more expensive here. Their customer service is incredibly rude, shipping takes forever, communication is atrocious, and they hide important information in their return policy from customers to try to take advantage of you. Take your business elsewhere!

I ordered a rug in April and have yet to receive it. Every time I reached out to customer service, they got back to me within a couple of days, which I appreciated, but had a different excuse every time as to why I still hadn't gotten it. I would have liked to have known it was back ordered when I originally ordered it instead of finding out almost 5 months later. Totally ridiculous.

I would never buy a rug from this company again. I purchased a rug a week later the rug literally started falling apart, very low quality. It's now been a headache trying to return it. They say they are working with the "company" to resolve it. Really? As a customer I don't care that there's a third party involved. Due to the significant damage of the rug, they should have been able to resolve it within 24 hours of my reporting it. In stead it's taking many pictures and emails and I'm still waiting. I'll stick with Wayfair from now on. At least their customer service is outstanding and they resolve their issues asap!

The rug itself is beautiful! It just did not work with our decor. Their return policy is antiquated! And it’s taken me over a week to explain I want to return the rug. I still do not have a complete explanation of how to return it? Customer service is lacking. Do not purchase a rug here if you think you may have to return it!

I am very disappointed. It says that you price match, guaranteed, but yet the item I purchased didn’t meet the minimum dollar amount to qualify. Then, after I place my order, I find out that it will be 5-6 weeks until my rug will be available.

It has been over a month and a half and i still have not received my rug. I haven't received any estimated arrival date either. I tried contacting customer service about this multiple times, was only responded to the first time to be told that it should arrive around August 18 (it did not).

This was my first and last purchase from Rugs Dine Right. I purchased a rug attempted to cancel order but it was shipped instead. I was unable to return and customer service did nothing to assist. Stay away!

I am highly disappointed. Everything we read about the company after we purchased has been the case for us. They are not honest. They are not customer friendly. They don't even listen bit speak over you then get upset with you when your tone of voice is upset. Obviously I'll not ever but or reccomend them again. I've filed a complaint with BBB and will post more on every site that I can about my experience

Terrible service. I had placed an order several months ago. I understand covid was the reason it was delayed, but every time I reached out for updates I was ignored or talked to super short. Eventually they started replying with one word emails back to me. I was also never contacted first with updates, which paying over 200$ for a rug from a place I had never shopped before would have been nice. It just made the whole site seem super shady and like they were stealing money.

Worst experience I've ever had ordering from a company online. 5.5 months to get rug. Multiple contacts with the company. The company NEVER kept me updated as to my order status unless I contacted them, and then typically I would have to contact two or more times to get a reply. When I finally gave them holy hell via email about their horrible customer service and told them I wanted to cancel the order, they followed up by saying someone would contact me the next day, then instead they sent me a form telling me to fill out the form to cancel, which I did. AFTER I submitted the cancellation form, THEN they contacted me to say the order had already shipped (appearing like they magically found the order right after I cancelled it -- interesting that other consumers complain about this pattern as well, see online reviews and BBB reports regarding this phenomenon) -- but I had NEVER received any information stating that the order shipped. At this point, the company FINALLY actually contacted me and some inflexible woman named Lisa (who never apologized for the company's incompetence in handling the matter) informed me that is was "virtually impossible" that I had not received an "order / shipping confirmation." HA. Guess when I got the supposed shipping confirmation that she claims was sent 4 days previously?? After we hung up. Yes, the shipping confirmation was sent while I was arguing with her on the phone. For all the other people out there who claim this company has horrible customer service, and are probably con artists, they are possibly right. I hate writing terrible reviews about a company. As a business owner myself I know how important good reviews and good customer service are. But these people were horrible to deal with. Take your business elsewhere.
