Was supposed to come in less than two weeeks then it took over a month (still haven't received it). It took forever to ship with no communication whatsoever. Then when I reached out I was told an inaccurate date and offered no compensation for the madness.

Poor communication, waited over two months and had to contact them to see where my order stood. After I was told it would be another couple of weeks, I tried to cancel my order. Ironically, I received a text the next day stating my rug was being shipped so I couldn’t cancel. I feel this company is deceptive and does still stand by its product. I am extremely disappointed in their service.....or lack of.

I think this operation is a scam/fraud. The pillows I bought were darker then I expected and I could not return them. Customer service is non existent. I wrote a review of the pillows on the website over a week ago warning other customers that you can’t return and the color is darker and it still hasn’t been posted. Dreadful experience.

when I ordered rug it was out of stock not on Clarence. You sent me two . I thought I had waited long enough. I only ordered one rug and you did not check to see if I wanted rug still. You just sent. Now I am stuck with two rugs I don't want. I will not deal with you again

RugsDoneRight had information about clearance rugs in the Returns section of the website but as a person who purchased 4 clearance rugs for almost $1000 the normal workflow did not caution me that the rugs could not be returned. I understand that it's my mistake but I would not recommend RugsDoneRight to a friend

Awful experience. No indication that my rug was out of stock at time of purchase, then multiple lies from customer service regarding when I would receive it. Took 4 months to arrive, could have received it from Amazon in 2 days. I understand shipping delays, but communication is essential and none was provided without me pestering. Will never use this company again.

I placed an order and had to wait almost 2 months when the site never mentioned about the one. When I got the rug I realized it’s the wrong size and I was asked to pay for the return shipping.

Very irritated. I reached out to customer service to find out when my rug was shipping after like, a month of waiting. Customer service told me it was getting ready to ship last week. Here we are a week later and no shipping information. Just cancel my order already.

I can never recommend this company to ANYONE, given your terrible return policy. I am stuck with a rug I can’t use and you wanted to take money from my return even though my shipping was supposedly free. Now I can’t even ship it back for less than $150. Terrible service and I am more than happy to share this on every social media outlet I can. Nobody should be out $250+ for a rug they can’t use.

We purchased a 9x12 Tayse rug. We inquired about returning the rug because it was to large for the room. We wanted to exchange for the same rug but (2)7x10 10x3 rugs. Would not waive $50 dollar shipping and we are required to pay shipping back in addition! Awful customer service! We weren’t even given the option to talk to a real person! We will leaving a bad review and never order from you again!

I ordered this sample almost a year ago and called to cancel the sample months ago but it was sent anyway. I then had to pay to ship it back.

Email communications regarding my order status seemed delayed and confusing. Shipping info has been null. Not even sure what is going on with my order and makes me feel like your site is unreliable.

I ordered this Item some months ago and your company accepted my order and then, some days later, I receivbed an email stating the item was on backorder until the end of next month. Now, I order an item, you tell me it has shipped, provide a bogus fedex number, and then when I contact you, you tell me that the item is on back until the end of next month. I think your company is an internet scam.
