Ordered my rug February 3, 2021. The we website never said it would be delayed. I am still waiting for it to be shipped and it is July 8, 2021!

I'm just disappointed. Partially you guys, partially the decorator who had me order this rug that I hate with all of my heart and soul. I hate what a hassle it is to return it and I won't be ordering any rugs online anymore. Too risky.

I called ahead of purchasing in order to be fully informed about what ALL of the costs would be to return the rug in case the colors online were not accurate or didn’t go with my room afterall. I was willing to pay the $44 I was quoted however it turns out it is going to be $94 (shipping via UPS) plus approximately $53 for RugsDoneRight fees. So, now I’m stuck with this $211 rug that was way too blue-green. By the way, Amazon doesn’t charge a restocking or shipping fee.

I ordered the rug last year, and I still have not received it. I did receive a message last week that its on its way, but again it was ordered last year.

I found the rug I ordered for hundreds fir several hundred dollars less on another site. I believe your prices are overinflated and I will not recommend you to any of my friends who are looking to purchase rugs.

I placed an order around 6:00 pm on a Friday evening. Over the weekend I realized I had ordered the wrong rug and sent an email requesting that my order be cancelled. I also completed the cancellation form. This was over Memorial Day weekend and I was told that my order would most likely be cancelled by a representative that received my emails since it was a holiday. I frequently checked my status over the weekend and did not see any action. To my surprise I was notified Tuesday that my order has been shipped. I just don’t understand why a business would not make every effort to stop or return shipment before it was on its way. I am so disappointed that I have to pay for shipping the order back.

Terrible experience. Ordered the fig we wanted and was never told that it was back ordered for up to 10 weeks. I had to call to initiate communications. I was told they would update me with status reports, this never happened. I just got email 12 weeks later saying the rug would be delivered soon.

I ordered on April 14 this is May 20 and I have not received the rug. I did not receive any communication about it being late. I have not received any communication since purchase.

I ordered my rug back in January. It is mid May and I have not yet received it. I have contacted them no less than 5 times since ordering to get an order update. Not once have they initiated an update themselves. I understand that the pandemic has interfered with shipping and inventory. I'm very empathetic to that. But communicating that with customers is the very minimum we should expect from a retailer. At the time of ordering, I should have been told that my order would be delayed. Not a single update was sent to me. So very disappointing. I'll be curious to see if this review makes it onto their website, which will be another good indicator as to how they value customer service.

I am disgusted with your company. The rug looked absolutely nothing like the picture. The colors were horrible and it looked like a computer printout. I called your company and you said I could return but I HAD TO PAY TO SHIP BACK AND THE SHIPPING WOULD COST MORE THAN THE RUG PURCHASE. I explained I was going to order another rug. You wanted me to email, take pictures of the rug, send them to you etc etc. I explained I had been diagnosed with cancer, was undergoing surgeries and was very sick. You refused all requests. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY, I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY AND REMMEBER, SOCIAL MEDIA IS A POWERFUL THING.

My order clearly shows a border on the rug, which it does not have. the description of the colors are way off from what the picture shows. What was suppose to be red/orange flowers are mauve/pink. And now I read that it will cost me to return. Until this arrived I was treated well by the staff and was contemplating ordering more rugs. I am waiting to hear back. The rug delivered is no where near the picture.

I bought the Oxford Oushak R67 Ocean Glacier Rug 9'0"x12'0" - Rectangular and it was delivered in January, 2021. To this day, I am still vacuuming everyday and I get a canister full of dirt and silt. The rug has a horrible odor that I can not get rid of. I got a decent price for the rug but I ended up with a filthy, smelly rug. I should have paid full price at Ballard Designs and received a nice rug. I can't get this rug clean and it's too heavy to rollup and return so I'm stuck and out $2,800. I would not recommend this company of buy at your own risk.

While I love the rug I don’t love the lack of communication regarding the delay in delivery . I waited over two months and the only correspondence was on my end. I would get “it should be her soon” but that was it. Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing here again.

I have yet to receive my rug and I have contacted the delivery companies (have been given 3 different locations to call). None of them have updates. Waiting on a rep from rugsdoneright to get an update.
