Three times I was sent the WRONG carpet. After a year and a half, they FINALLY got the right one sent to me. 'Nuff said.

We bought a rug on Oct 17. I spoke several times to UPS to confirm the delivery details.. The rug has not been delivered although the UPS update still reads out for delivery... If they do show up today, they will be turned away due to building regulations re elevator usage..These regulations were conveyed several times by phone to UPS Why do you ask for a rating before a delivery is made ?

I have attempted three times in the past month to contact and return a rug I purchased that was not the correct color and no one has reached out or returned or responded to my request to return. Disappointed I spent so much money on a rug that sits in a box taking up a huge part of my dinning room.

The rug is beautiful. Unfortunately it does not work in my space (very dark, you feel like you're falling into an abyss). It has been a nightmare to try to return it. RugsDoneRight has been unhelpful. They will not print a label for me, so I have to bring the very heavy rug into a Fed Ex office. Unfortunately I threw out the packaging (my bad, I don't blame them for that) so I have to find suitable packaging, bring this rug into Fed Ex and pay a lot of money to ship it back to UT. Oh, they also say it needs to arrive across the country within 2 weeks (hoping for some flexibility there because it has been such a headache to get it out the door). Anyway, I am dismayed by the return policy and would not ever risk buying a rug online again through RugsDoneRight because of this.

Shipping delays. Items shipped separately and a week apart. Rugs received damaged (unusable). Terrible experience.

The website says Free returns. The quality of the rugs is very poor, The colors are not as pictured. Now I am being told that these rugs were made to order which they were not and that I cannot return them. I am not sure what can be done about this but I intend to get my money back

I ordered an area rug in March for our new home. We moved into our home in July. The rug that I ordered was back ordered. On August 19th I received a text saying that my order had shipped. Four months had passed and I received no other notification about the rug being on back order and I completely forgot about it. The rug was shipped to my old address. After picking it up I remembered ordering it. I called immediately to return it and I was told that I could not return clearance merchandise. I explained the entire situation and they still would not take the rug back. It is sitting in my garage wrapped in its original packaging because I have no use for it. I will NEVER order from Rugs Direct again, nor will I recommend them!!

Ordered rug did not pay attention that it was clearance, thought it was sale. It said sale then clearance. It should of included no returns along with the sale, clearance. A shopper would only know if they went to their page on returns. WHO DOES THAT! Will never buy another rug from RugsDoneRight.

Crooked Company. Lists Rugs as "clearance" yet when you check out, it then tells you that your "pre-order" has been made, and it will begin to ship within 1 to 3 weeks. Their prices are WAY more than on other sites for the exact same rugs. When bringing this up to customer service team, all's they want to do is argue and stand up for the company who writes their checks. Wont order through this company again.

I ordered my rug in November and kept getting the run around and 100 different excuses when I was checking on why it was taking nearly 8 months to get my delivery. When I finally called to complain, it magically shipped a couple of days later. Very disappointed with the service and lack of integrity but the rug is beautiful. Thanks

I placed my rug order on 7/3. The rug listed a delivery time of 2-5 days and this was a huge incentive for placing the order. I didn't receive tracking info for the order until 7/15. It stated delivery would be scheduled for 7/19. However, the fine print of the tracking info states that residential deliveries require appointments. Thus, on 7/19, I had a phone call from the shipping carrier to schedule the delivery date for either 7/21 or 7/22. Today is 7/20 and I still don't have my rug and I don't know how it will be delivered or the condition it will be in when it arrives. This is a terrible misrepresentation of a delivery process originally described as taking only 2-5 days and, so far from my perspective, this is RugsDoneWrong. You must either drastically improve your shipping process or more clearly state the delivery details for your customers. Now I can only hope my order arrives without any further problems or issues.

I had an issue with the color of the rug I ordered and reached out to RugsDoneRight to see if I could return it. They told me that I couldn't because it was on clearance, but the clearance prices was more expensive than the regular price at another retailer (Home Depot in this case) also, they don't do price match on rugs under $500. Useless! I will never buy a rug from RugsDoneRight again.

I bought 2 rugs from these people. Both smelled really strongly of mold. So strong I could smell it from the next room!! I called to complain and send back but the customer service person wouldn't allow a return and just said "those particular rugs from that company have a strong glue smell. Just put it aside for two weeks". I told her it didn't smell like glue, it smelled like mold and I had already left them in the garage for a week. But she assured me it was the glue that the company uses. So I put them in the garage for two additional weeks and guess what? They smelled just as bad. After three weeks in the garage, I sprayed vinegar on them hoping to get rid of the stink, but it only helped a bit. I ended up having to buy those same exact rugs from the same exact maker from a different rug company. I opened them immediately when they arrived and NO smell whatsoever! No glue, no mold, nothing. So I'm out 300.00 because of this company. What a rip off from Rugsdonewrong.

There was zero communication around delays in my shipment—I had to check in each time in order to get any sort of update. The response time to my requests was decent, but overall I'd expect a company who deals in ecommerce to be much more proactive around customer communications. Additionally, a bug on the mobile site caused the information about my order's ship time not to be displayed before or during checkout, so I purchased a rug that was backordered by two months, with no indication to me of that fact. All in all, I waited three months for my rug to arrive (which would have been fine if I had been told ahead of time).
