“I have been looking for this rug in the runner size. Unfortunately it has been discontinued and very very hard to find. I had even ordered it locally and online twice, and the retailers called to let me know they could not get the item. Your online chat person, (I am sorry I didn't remember the name) also told me it was discontinued and would be hard to find, HOWEVER, they went the step further and asked me to wait a second while they checked something. They then told me they had the rug in the 2x3.5 size and had plenty in stock. I ordered three; its not the runner, but it will work!!!! THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND when Three other retailers did not...”
