First with the level of customer service and ease of ordering. I had many questions and everyone I chatted with were so nice and professional and answered all of my questions. Second, I had no trouble placing my order. It was an order for 6 rugs. They were all the same style (Safavieh Blossom 912B) but different sizes. Third, the speed that they were delivered. When the order was placed the arrival time was 2-3 months but they all arrived in great condition within 2 weeks! Fourth, the rugs are beautiful! If there were any drawbacks at all it would be that the wool rugs had a lot of fuzz but that seems to be diminishing with each vacuuming and the colors are also becoming more brilliant as the fuzz is going away.
