I bought a return ticket to travel to France on the 4 th which they cancelled due to the current issue. They won’t refund my ticket but keep pushing for a voucher which o am not interested in . I have checked my legal rights and they should have paid me back within 7 days.. I can understand it may be difficult to follow this due to the pressure they must be under at present but their lack of communication , the fact that they aren’t able to give you an email address to communicate ( but a very small robotic box to stress a few points) is unacceptable. Ryanair is such an unprofessional and unapproachable company . I have had other issues with them in the past .

Booked flights to Spain with Ryanair for 3rd May, flights have been cancelled by Ryanair for obvious reasons yet they are refusing to pay a refund, only if you do not use it within over 1 year will you be able to ask for a refund. This is breaking the current law that says they have to give you a refund. I would rather swim the English channel (and i'm not a great swimmer) than use Ryanair again.

We are fighting a battle to get a refund off them as they said if we don't accept the voucher on offer then we will not recieve a refund until voucher offer expires which is next year. Totally unacceptable as this is against the law and completely immoral, will never use this company again and hope other people do the same. Quick enough to take our money.

I am Britain citizen and holding my Britain passport. I was flying to Sweden yesterday and this airline sent me back from airplane gate saying I need visa to go to Sweden because of Brexit which is not happened yet. I missed the flight and went to Ryanair customer service in the airport no one was ready to speak with me and they were making fun of my kids whom were sad and crying. They do not give me any written documents to confirm that why can’t I fly. Very rude customer service with very poor English. Today I tried to call them they were keep cutting my phone. I will never ever go with this airline as well as I will take them to court for ruined my holiday. They will pay for this. Also they don’t let a lady to fly only because she had 2 handbags instead of one.

Do not fly Ryanair. You will have to pay to seat next to your partner. Hand luggage and hold luggage. They will change policy to make extra money.

This is the worst company ever when dealing with customers. Their fees for changing flights dates or name details for the flights are more expensive than the flight itself, on top of that you can't even cancel your flight, what sort of company does that nowadays. They are s***e so think twice before travelling with them, at first impression they are cheap but when it comes to small things they will charge the customer a fortune.

I am disabled and the company will not help with a booking if you need special assistance. I had to make an online booking and pay and then contact their special assistance team only to be told i could no get assistance at Malaga airport as there are only limited facilities and only 4 customers with special needs can board a flight. If i wanted to climb the steps that was ok (but i cannot). Initially told i couldn't get a refund but after i said how unfair this is they relented but it would take 2 weeks to process 😠😠😠😠

24 hour grace period scam - Ryanair Some days ago I made 2 bookings for a trip from Athens to Dublin and later on (the same day) I realised I needed to change the flight dates (and so I did) and proceeded to do it in the 24 hour grace period that Ryanair proclaims that it provides for this kind of changes. However, I was charged an extra total of 80 euros for both bookings (40 euros for each booking - 20 euros for each flight), although the old and new flight prices were EXACTLY the same at the time of the change to the booking! Moreover, the aforementioned change happened in the 24 hours grace period (actually it was done less than 2-3 hours after the original booking). According to Ryanair's website and the 24 hour grace period (for this kind of changes) the dates change should have been at NO cost (as the price of the flights at that time was exactly the same). I initially tried to address the situation with Ryanair's Live Chat customer assistance. But not only were they NOT helpful at all or even willing to try and check the reason for what happened, but they were also abrupt and rude. And of course no attempt at all at even pretending in trying to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, I have been a regular customer of the airline the last couple of years and I thought that if I address this matter through their website and the complaint forms (which by the way, good luck finding the proper link and form to submit one), that maybe they will be honest and upfront about the unfair charge and sort it out as soon as possible. I even sent them printscreens from the original flight prices (taken at the time of the booking and of course the new booking charges). However, the only reply I got back from Ryanair's customer service was a repeated standard reply prewritten form saying that the prices on the website are live and they may change at anytime (no one argued against that - however they don't even mention the fact that the prices WERE EXACTLY THE SAME) and that there can be a fee for changing the dates (NO MENTION of the 24hour grace period). I confronted them replying to all these nonsense and they sent me the SAME reply, only to finally add the fact that once they receive a payment they cannot provide any refunds for any mistakes concerning the payment received (Great business policy, right???) Never trust Ryanair for anything. They prove to be one of the worst scammer airline companies there is.

Very poorly laid out , meaning you didn't notice the additional charges being levied on you.

Ryanair is the worst company I have ever bought anything from. They lie, are rude, ignore complaints, their customer service is shocking, their staff are unhelpful in terminals (this assumes there are even staff there at all). I was refused boarding onto a flight I was waiting for, presumably as it was full. Nobody helped me, no help was offered and Ryanair just sent a patronising letter about the need to get to an airport on time in response to my detailed letter about the problem which they seem happy to ignore. Terrible company and worth paying up tp 20% more to fly with a better one for me in future!!!

Delayed flights, surrounded by rude obnoxious passengers, chaotic boarding on return flight. Not an experience I will be repeating.

Extremely poor service, staff are horribly impolite, the airliner sucks out the money by thousands of rules and regulations. Once I paid ~£35 for only half a kg extra weight for my hand luggage. I told them that look, if I take this book out, it will be in the limits, and they said "no, it is not possible... if you don't pay now, I'm going to close the gate and you'll miss your flight... I'm going to press this enter button and you cannot take your flight anymore... pay now or no flight".

Ryanair ripped us and other travellers off at Krakow airport . they said that you should check in at least 2 hours before which I did , and then they charged me £90 for the seats I had already paid for .because I was late ( which I wasn't ) when I sent them an email requesting a refund , all they sent me back was a pre prepared email reminding me of small print on terms and conditions . which I disagree with . they couldn't even bother replying in person . no wonder they are cheap flights they make up their profit with rip offs ! the flight was filled with drunk passengers and Ryanair did not even bother questioning them , in fact one person had to be helped onto the plane by other drunk people !! the seats were dirty and the crew asked us to clean them ! I fly every week on business or leisure , and they will lose out more than me . because I , my company and clients will not use them again . if you are thinking of booking be very aware , in fact don't .

Back in December, I bought a 2 way ticket from Ryanair(60euros) for the 15/01 from a friend to visit me, this week my friend informed me that from personal motives she couldn't come and see me so I invited my Dad to come down and use the ticket since it was paid, when I contacted the customer services, they informed me that they have a standard price of 110euros/pound to change the name, so almost the double of the price of the ticket price, this was definitely my first and last time I go though Ryanair to fly. No point saying that the ticket that I bought will not be used and it was money literally to the bin.
