“Another purchase from Rydale and is equally as good as the last. Had to return one item. Process quick and painless. More importantly the refund was quick. Delivery not very clever, the day it was to arrive we where apparently not available despite watching the courier delivering next door and no effort to visit me! I suspect he did not have the parcel and should just have come clean. So in conclusion Rydale first class service and goods, courier not so!”

“A great umbrella, easy to open. Perfect for keeping the judge dry at our Dog Show. The brolly has loose stitching near one prong which i need to fix before it gets worse. I paid extra for fast delivery, which was stated as Weds but it didn't arrive until Friday.”
