“Loved the gilet but the button fell off the minute I tried it on which is disappointing. Otherwise its lovely and very fast service”

“A great umbrella, easy to open. Perfect for keeping the judge dry at our Dog Show. The brolly has loose stitching near one prong which i need to fix before it gets worse. I paid extra for fast delivery, which was stated as Weds but it didn't arrive until Friday.”

“Very good service was kept informed by email good delivery time blouse is lovely but the sizes are a bit small I am 7stone size 10 I ordered a size 12 and it’s a bit tight I still wear it as it’s so nice”

“I really like the Agnes ladies zip fleece. Purchased 2 couple of years back but really need a navy so ordered this. Ok the design is exactly as before BUT In my opinion the quality of the fleece material is not. It feels thinner and almost nylon - not as soft either. Still a nice jacket but not as good as it was. I also can’t understand why they’re not tumble dryable ?????”

“I bought a coat for my dog. The size is a little big after I measured my dog but still big. It absolutely does the trick. I think there should be a part for the lead to go through the back of the coat when dogs wear a harness. Other than that very happy with the product.”

“Fast and efficient service. My first order had a problem with it ( different widths of boots ) but it was dealt with well by Anna. I re-ordered another pair for my friends birthday. As well as ordering a pair for myself. I just couldn't resist lol. Thank you Rydale and Anna.”

“Experienced problems with website ordering but subsequent telephone service and delivery service was excellent and quick. Sizing comes up a bit on the small side so had to return first order for which customer pays. Would recommend sizing up on shirts. Very pleased with quality and style”

“Really fast postage and good price but the size 5 pair of boots I ordered were to big. I emailed to ask if I sent these back could I receive the next size down and had no reply. I sent the boots back with a note asking for size 4 instead of refund but this was ignored. I never really got the option on returns section. I have had a refund but would it not have been more beneficial for both of us to have just sent me the size 4s I'd asked for rather than refund? Refund was quick and that's great...”

“Good quality and lovely dark navy. Doesn’t come as large as other Ryedale cloths though. Zip a little bit sticky but may just be a one off with this item. Still recommend though!”
