“I was asked to indicate a private adress for delivery instead of an adress at a post office. for safety purposes. After 2 days I indicated a private adress - and waited for the parcel 3 days, without getting anything. But your e-mails wrote, that the parcel has been sent... Then I had the idea to go to the post office to ask... and the parcel was just arriving there. It had taken 3 days to arrival and wrongly to the adress where you formerly refused to deliver... and 2 days later then indicated by parcel tracking. So I was really in big stress for 3 days, no bag and he tracking was wrong...”
