“I have some experience with Saclab. If you are a buyer you will find a good service and experience but If you try to be a seller it’s a totally different story. So from this side I found only a bad experience. They have a double standards. They try to put to your account some buyers fee, they get sometimes an offer but don’t respect it even after you complete the sales form and you get a proof with lower fee. I warn and advise caution.”

The price shown when submitting the form is only a first indication based on your bag's details; the final sale price is always agreed together once we’ve inspected the bag in person. The buyer’s premium, on the other hand, is paid by the buyer and helps us provide expert authentication, personal care, and express services. It does not affect your seller payout. “I was asked to indicate a private adress for delivery instead of an adress at a post office. for safety purposes. After 2 days I indicated a private adress - and waited for the parcel 3 days, without getting anything. But your e-mails wrote, that the parcel has been sent... Then I had the idea to go to the post office to ask... and the parcel was just arriving there. It had taken 3 days to arrival and wrongly to the adress where you formerly refused to deliver... and 2 days later then indicated by parcel tracking. So I was really in big stress for 3 days, no bag and he tracking was wrong...”
