“Great purchasing experience - wonderful Hermes Bag!”

“The bag was in good condition and nicely packet. I did the payment by bank transfer and it took very long before it was on there account. So i send a few emails if it was already received but one of the employees was not very kind in there answer back. And it was at my 6th email that somebody said let me check with our administration and i got the answer back within 5 min that the money was already on there account. So in al it took almost 2 weeks before i had my bag. I dont know if ill order a bag again at Saclab.”

“Le sac était noté 1.5, il etait précisé quelques micro rayures sur le sac mais il y a une très grosse rayure à l'intérieur du sac. Cela m'a surprise car l'intérieur n'était pas en excellent état.”
