The purchased Chanel Jumbo was not as described, because unfortunately it shows an obvious scratch about approx. 6cm on the backside. The scratch wasn‘t described nor pictured in multiple photos sent. The 2 times booked video appointed didn‘t work, one due to illness which I show understanding, but the second one was just beeing ignored. So be careful to only rely on photos!

The bag was in good condition and nicely packet. I did the payment by bank transfer and it took very long before it was on there account. So i send a few emails if it was already received but one of the employees was not very kind in there answer back. And it was at my 6th email that somebody said let me check with our administration and i got the answer back within 5 min that the money was already on there account. So in al it took almost 2 weeks before i had my bag. I dont know if ill order a bag again at Saclab.

Hi. From ordering to deliver of the items it was perfect. I tried to use both of the products to my lady dior bag and chanel classic flap. But unfortunately after using the balm conditioner it leaves white streaks on the leather of my chanel classic flap in caviar leather.

Hi Prescida, Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry you're not happy with our Protecting Leather Balm. Due to its wax-like texture, product residue can settle and appear white when it dries. To remove it, we recommend using a soft microfibre or cotton cloth and rubbing the spots on the leather. By doing so, the left-over balm softens and should be removable. If you continue to have issues or cannot remove the product residue please reach out to our team via saclab.com/contact/. For future usage, we recommend applying only a small amount of balm, removing it thoroughly and polishing the leather directly after. We're here to help if you have any further questions.
