I had a really bad time with this company. The first map was printed incorrectly and the second was still wrong. I tried to get a refund, but then I was ghosted by the owner. I would never recommend that ANYONE buys from this company. I purchased a star map from another vendor and it came to me in perfect condition, within 5 business days.

For starters, the fact that you would ask for me to rate your product after I have emailed your company numerous times in regards to my dissatisfaction with your work is offensive. Who bevels the side of the wood that faces the wall? Who sends an email asking for understanding on being overwhelmed on their success and promises to contact each customer, and never does?

The wrong date was printed on my star map. I tried emailing, Facebook messaging, and re-emailing and nobody responded to me.

Hello! I did order a map, almost a month ago and I still never received it. It was supposed to be for my boyfriend for our one year. Which was on July 8th. Unfortunately since then we’ve broken up but I’m a little upset I spent $60 on a map that never showed up. The order said 7-10 business days, which I understood. But considering it’s been almost a month and I still have received nothing, I’m upset. I’m going to college soon and I can use every penny I earn. $60 is a lot for me. If you could please review the order and find out why it hasn’t shown up, it would greatly appreciated.

Would give you a zero if I could. Ordered Dec 1 to give my husband for Christmas. In addition to the getting the map after the holiday, it has the wrong location on it. I requested several times to have it fixed or get a refund. Initially you said you’d fix it. You never did. Just ghosted on me. Horrible experience.

The map was a month late, the star was WRONG, and you delete bad reviews because you never address the mistakes you made or try to correct them in any way. Reporting you to the BBB along with countless others.

Following multiple complaints and promises, I never received my corrected product. I have never had more animosity for a company, not have I ever experienced such appalling customer service. I received a response to this review offering the corrected map, but could not reply via email. If you really intend to make this right, then please email via an address that I can reply to... or call me at19134061577 and leave a number I can call and talk to a real human

You were late on the order for Christmas, the star map on the fishes product didn’t match the proof, you offered to replace it and never did.

Hello, I am sorry we could not meet your production deadline, I see you ordered your Product on the Dec 22nd with expectations of getting it by the 25th. While we would love to be able to provide you with the product the shipping simply did not allow for that to happen.
