“I emailed the day of ordering asking to have something changed I was told it could be done no issue and it was not done and came incorrect and my further emails were ignored other then that beautiful item”

“Paid extra for expedited shipping for Valentine's day they took 5 business days before it even left their warehouse. Did no arrive in time. They blamed the post office. You can't blame the post office that I paid for 5 to 6 days day shipping and it took five to six days to even leave your Warehouse.”

Hello, I am sorry you did not receive your star map until the day after Valentines. We are aware that some of the shipments that went out did not get delivered by Valentines. I don't think we are blaming USPS, simply stating that USPS did not meet their delivery deadline either. We rely heavily on there shipping time-frame guarantees. Mistakes happen with large and small companies. We are continually working on improving our production speed (especially around the surge of the holidays) I see a refund was process for the Valentines rush shipping, you should see it shortly back into your account.

“I really don’t need the 25% just letting you guys know I’m very dissatisfied it took over 11 days to get here and I even payed the extra shipping to get it here on Time which I still haven’t receive back yet and I had nothing to give my fiancé on valentines which really sucked!!!!!!!”

Hello, I am sorry you did not receive your star map until after Valentines. I took a look at your order placed on the Feb 7th, and shipped Feb 11th. It has been in USPS hands for 7 days. Please keep in mind we ship our products via 2 day priority mail. I can refund the rush shipping for you as the time frame was not met. Thanks for letting us know! I hope you enjoy your star map even tho it was late.

“The product is nice but I ordered it without the constellation and constellation names on it and it still had them on it. Also I thought it would be a little higher quality for the price. The star map part could have been bigger. Last it was suppose to be delivered by February 13th at the latest!!! Instead I didnt get it until February 14th in the afternoon... I had to make an extra trip home to pick it up and I didnt have time to wrap it ...”

Hello, Thanks for letting us, We don't usually mess with the star maps graphics after the order has been placed. So the constellations and constellations names should have been displayed while you were designing the star map. I will take a look and see if I can recreate the issue. I see that you choose the Free shipping method of 7-10 Business days on Feb 3. (After our Valentines delivery cutoff of Feb 1). So i am not sure where a Feb 13 latest delivery was presented to you. I am happy it still was able to reach you by Valentines day. do you think the "star map part" is misrepresented on our website? We hope to give our customers a clear idea of what they are ordering. Thank you for your input.

“The edges are rough and the plywood is separating into splinters. A light sanding after cutting the beveled edge may be necessary to fix this problem”

“The date on my plaque was wrong and after countless emails trying to get it fixed, no one would fix it and then just stopped responding to my emails. Horrible customer service.”

“The map looked good, but the wood was damaged in the same spot on both of th maps that I purchased. Could have happened during shipping but I did not notice any damage in the outer box so it could have happened during the packaging process. Almost looked like they were dropped together”

“I'm not sure you want my feedback because I bought my map before Christmas, it was late and the customer service wasn't great. We didn't get the map until way after Christmas. I love the map, it's stunning. But I also have to say that I paid the extra money to see a proof of the map before it was finalized, never saw the proof, and yet I never got the refund after asking for it multiple times.”
